They did the full service oil change and 40K service timely, however when I got in the car to head to work, noticed a few things that left me under-whelmed. First, they washed the car which was fine, but it appears the driver-side door was not fully closed when they did it as the arm rest was wet, water in the storage compartments at the bottom of the door, and water dripping from the rubber trim at the top of the door jam. There was a greasy smudge on the steering wheel air bag, and then as I got on the freeway I noticed another grease smudge on the top of the driver's door, on the light gray fabric. Whoever was moving my car around was clearly not careful at all with keeping my car clean. More
Another Great Experience We have purchased 4 other cars from Lasco, this time I was just looking at a truck that I had seen on the web site. I was met out in the lot by Scott Skalski, we began to talk, told him I was not expecting to really make a purchase, but we went inside began chatting, he is very personable ,knowledgeable and no pressure. I laid out my perimeters on what I could afford, after several times with the finance people we could not come to my terms. I thanked Scott for his time, but Scott never gave up on the deal, A few weeks later he contacted me and said they would like to try again, however again it was just short of what I could do. Again Scott did not give up, he made a suggestion so we tried that and the finance team came through. They were able to get the payment I desired so when we were closing the deal the rate got even better. Scott walked us through the sale from start to finish, in our book he is top notch and look forward to working with him and the Lasco team in the future. More

When I arrived at the dealership the salesman I was talking with that morning was gone. When we test drove the suv it was very dirty inside, in my opinion for a certified vehicle. The new salesman was nice then I gave an offer for this car that he presented to his boss. The boss came out and says that there is absolutely no room for negotiation. So we walked out. Good news is I drove down the road and bought the same car a year newer with less miles for the price I offered. More

I chatted onl Everyone there tries so hard to sell you a car. At no point did I feel like a valued customer or they understood what I was looking for. I chatted online with someone for about 3-5 minutes and instantly knew from their word choice that I didn't want to deal with them so I called the number hoping to get connected with a different sales person. I did and on the phone they sounded on the border of trying to be helpful or trying to find the best way to sell me a vehicle. I went in for my appointment to test drive a vehicle and quickly found out it was the latter. First vehicle went off with out a hitch. Second vehicle he checked about half a dozen cars and all of their batteries were dead. He said it'll just take a couple minutes to jump one and off we go. About 5 min in waiting in the cold I offered to just come back another day. He assured me it would just be another couple of minutes. While waiting I read the sticker on the car. It was the wrong engine I specifically asked to test drive. I should have left at this point, but I figured after all this why not just give it a try. Ended up being a waste of my time. While leaving I told the sales rep that was helping me I honestly wasn't fond of either of the cars, but maybe I would come back to test drive the right one I asked about another day. Within 5 days from being there I was contacted 3 times by the dealership not a single time did they mention the issues about the dead battery, waiting in the cold to jump the car or apologize about it.. I understand following up, but this is excessive and just makes me feel like a target to be sold a car and not a customer they are legitimately trying to help match with the right vehicle for them. No Ethics Bear with me a moment, please. My mom, who is 84 and is diagnosed with dementia, managed somehow to buy a new Ford Focus end of October. She traded in Bear with me a moment, please. My mom, who is 84 and is diagnosed with dementia, managed somehow to buy a new Ford Focus end of October. She traded in the new ford that she bought, from Lasco, April 29th. Mom cannot operate a cell phone, complete a sentence or write a sentence. But still they managed to sell her a new car. (Yes, we were in process of trying to sell the trade in. She supposedly forgot she was not to drive anymore). She was so coherent while getting 'a great deal' from Andy that they had to write, in bright green highlighter "Find title for Ford Focus. Big green paper from the state" on the sale envelope. The sales managers basically said my 'best bet' would be to sell it myself. But, well, depreciation and everything... I would have to pay off the balance. I was not offered a business card by the sales manager that I spoke to on December 3rd. They did offer me a bottle of water. I honestly cannot comprehend how they could sell this woman a new vehicle in her state. And then when her medical condition is pointed out to them, all I get is 'I'm sorry." Really?? I have tried several times to reach Matt Lasco , but he never seems to be in. Must be off counting his money from all the great trade in's from little old ladies they swindled? Oh - and they did not only sell mom two vehicles in one year. They have sold her THREE new vehicles in less than two years. I would give them a negative star, but its not an option. More

First I must say I am partly responsible for thinking there are decent car dealerships out there not just trying to get your money for their junk. I purchased my truck from Philadelphia I was never able to get out LASCO FORD to see the truck but the pictures online were great. They told me it was a certified perowned. They told me if I put a deposit down they could only hold it for 2 days and I wouldn't be able to get there until next weekend. The sales person sent me some pictures and a video. Everything looked great the truck bed was messed up but it's a truck bed not a big deal. And that was the only problems that the sales person seen. I guess it must have got right passed them that 1.)there are about 15 nicks on the tailgate that they painted over with what looks to be nail polish terrible job looks like bird poop that doesn't wash away, 2.)the back window has waters spots that won't wash away,3.) there is water stains across the whole back ceiling from one side to the other, 4.) The day i received the truck it was raining The windshield wipers didn't even wipe the windows. Asked if they would refund me the wipers and nope. 5.) The tires will hopefully get me through the winter, 7.) There is a chip in the windshield 8.) To top it off the there is a problem with the breaks on this truck year and model when you hit the breaks 2 or 3 times they get extremely stiff to the point you have to stand on them to stop. I contacted the sales person as to how I remedy the situation they say refer to the warrantee papers. I never recieved warrantee papers. Called nick in finance said he would send them to me a couple days go by no papers. Call again "It must have slipped my mind he says. Finally recieved the papers. Contacted a local gmc dealer to get it looked at they now had to wait for the ok from the warrantee. The warrantee needed paperwork from LASCO that they never provided to them. After he looked at it he said he doesn't recommend driving the truck because it is unsafe. Then I had to wait for the warrantee place to send adjuster. I called LASCO to see if they would atleast pay for a rental vehicle left a message and recieved no response. After 7 days witout a vehicle I got it back and still had to pay $371 that the warrantee wouldn't cover. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the customer care that I experienced at LASCO FORD. It seems to me as soon as they got my money they were done dealing with me. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble. They are just doing as they are told from the owners of the company. Just want people to be aware that they really don't care for their people. Maybe just because I am not in their area thay didn't care to much. Sorry for the bad review good luck with your purchase.
