I was thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service and demeanor of Ed and Adam. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Both worked well past closing time to close my deal. I purchased the extended drivetrain warranty for the used vehicle I bought. The finance manager gave me a quick rundown on what the warranty covered, and how there was tire road hazard and lost key coverage. vehicle I bought. He failed to clarify that this tire and key coverage was separate from the drivetrane warranty, and that it cost nearly $1200 . Shame on me for not taking an hour to read every word in the mountain of paper work involved in buying the vehicle. More

Easy A plan transaction. This smaller size store in fenton impressed me ten fold. They have the right cars and dont mess with prices. This dealership is the worst! They lie about what they will give you for a trade-in to get you in their showroom, then they take your keys for an appraisal and it's impossible getting them back. Believe me, what they offer you is the same or less than you can get at any other dealership-don't let them bully you into thinking otherwise. Their cars are overpriced compared to other dealerships. You must be desperate or a complete fool if you think Lasco is a good place to purchase a vehicle. Bottom line - these people are the epitome of xxxxxxx car salesmen. More

I was looking for a new (pre-owned)car and I was uncertain of exactly what I wanted. The only thing I knew is I needed something with a hatch that got good gas mileage. Ed was SO patient. I test drove 5-7 cars and ended up with the PERFECT car for me! I got a Jeep Compass with VERY low miles, great sound system and a color I love. Overall it was a great experience and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. Ed was more concerned with getting me into a car that fit my needs than pushing me to buy. I highly recommend!! More

Very angry right now. After purchasing a used 2001 Ford Ranger four months ago, it has broken down. My biggest complaint is that the service department at Lasco should have (or may did) known about its mechanical problems. Hearing a strange rattle, I took it to a shop in St. Louis. I was told the ball joints were the worst they had ever seen. How did this little detail slip through quality control at Lasco? Or... had they known and willingly sold the truck anyway to gullible me? Buy beware. I should have found a mechanic to check it out first. But then again... why wouldn't Lasco have done this? (This almost amounts to criminal negligence, doesn't it?) Have not contacted Lasco yet and certainly will. I am hoping they will see fit to forgive a couple of car payments (at %25 interest!!!) due to something their mechanics either ignored or never looked into. This is shameful. Does Michigan have a lemon law? More
