Run as fast as you can away from this dealership. They pulled the classic bait and switch on me. Advertized vehicle on several websites. I called to ensure it was there and they confirmed it was. I drove 30 miles and the first words out of my salesman's mouth were you gotta check out this sweet Trail Blazer. I never inquired about a Trail Blazer and didn't want a Trail Blazer. Come to find out the vehicle they had advertized and I called about did not exist. It was a bait and switch. The Sales Manager was also a complete moron, throwing his own team under the bus and never calling me back as he promised. They are useless and they are crooks. Do not fall for the dishonest tactics of this dealership. More

They did not have the exact options I wanted on my new 2012 f150 and 2012 Taurus so they found what I wanted on another lot and brought them in for me. Trade in value for my 4 year old truck was well above what I expected. I had some minor scratches I found on the truck once I got it home so I brought it to them a few days later they gave me a brand new car for the day while my truck got wheeled out. Could not be happier. These Ford cars and trucks are the best on the market today. I am more impressed each time I replace one. Finance rates were exceptional and they worked and worked on this last deal to get it in my expected price range. Thanks so much to Dan Cheney and Matt Lasco. We'll see you in 2 years to do it again. My experience in purchasing a new car from Lasco Ford was a very pleasant one. No complaints. They went above and beyond to see that my needs were met, even though I was buying on the X Plan. There seems to never be a "life" operator or receptionist, and every move has to be done with an automated system. Dave Stacy always called me back, but the girl who programed the "SYNC" system could never be reached by phone, and her voice mail didn't identify her, so you were not sure when you left a message if it was at the right voice mailbox or not. Over all, however. Very pleased. More

My experience with Lasco Ford was totally great. I had been looking to buy or lease a new car or suv for a while and was checking out different dealership websites. I happened to go to Lasco's site and wa been looking to buy or lease a new car or suv for a while and was checking out different dealership websites. I happened to go to Lasco's site and was able to have a chat with Katie Floyd, she helped me to understand several things and answered some of the questions I had about buying versus leasing. I ended up calling the dealership and spoke to katie and we started the ball rolling, I set up an appointment time to come in to see the cars and suv's that I was interested in. Katie had found several that were what I was looking for and I took the Ford Fushion and the Ford Escape for test drives. I wanted a 4 cyl but they didn't have what I wanted in all blk with leather seats so Katie looked into where she might be able to locate one. She found several in Ohio and said she could have to Fenton in about a day. I really didn't want to wait so I had her price out a Fushion and an Escape on buy or lease. When Katie came back she showed me the prices of both and I decided to go with the Ford Escape LTD limited, however it was blue exterior instead of Black like I wanted but the interior was exactly what I had wanted and the price that I got the Escape for was outstanding. Everyone that I met or talked to in the Dealership was very friendly and helpful, Katie Floyd is an exceptional salesperson and believe it or not she's new to this. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone I know interested in buying or leasing a Ford, her dedication to my being happy was unpresidented. Kudo to Lasco Ford and the fine gem they have in Katie Floyd. More
