I am a long time customer and have just purchased another vehicle from Lasco Ford in Fenton. After an earlier misunderstanding, the Lasco brothers, Mark Waligora and Ryon Long made things right. I got mor vehicle from Lasco Ford in Fenton. After an earlier misunderstanding, the Lasco brothers, Mark Waligora and Ryon Long made things right. I got more for my trade than other places offered, they worked out a better price for the vehicle I picked out and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. After getting my vehicle home I noticed the rear window and rear climate controls did not work (didn't know that the rear hatch window was even supposed to go down to be honest) so I called Ryon Long. Ryan told me to bring it in ASAP and he would make it right, he even offered to let me use his demo car while it was being fixed. My SUV is currently in the service dept getting worked on and I will post the results when I get it back. So far, so good with Lasco Ford of Fenton! More
I have bought a Used Volvo XC 90, and I was told by the sales person that it needs minor repair but after couple of month I visited a dealership close to my home I found out that the repair will cost about sales person that it needs minor repair but after couple of month I visited a dealership close to my home I found out that the repair will cost about $1800+. Also I found out that my warranty has been expired which I bought it for $2191, at the time when I bought warranty finance analyst told me it is for 72 month or 100,000 miles. I never was this disappointed in any situation ever in my life. The people at Lasco Ford are not worth; I will not recommend them to even my enemy. More
A friend told me that Mark Waligora was the best salesman he ever dealt with so I took his advice and went to see him. I found Mark to be friendly, knowledgeable and competent. David at Lasko did everything he could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. After being turned down at several places he was able to get things down even though it meant staying late a few nights. Thanks the vehicle I wanted. I always bought gm cars. I decided to buy a ford because of the reviews. I arrived at the dealership and stated that I am trading in my leased equinox because I wanted to buy and stop the payments . i was of the reviews. After being there for over 4 hours, I think they did it on purpose. I have good credit. I finally spoke to a finance manager. I told him I didn't want any warranties or extended coverage. He told me he could get the wrap around warranty and he would through in the key and tire coverage for the same payment. He told me to sign here. He never reviewed the finance or give me choices. I always had that at all the gm dealers I have been to. I should have read it over, but i was tired and hungry it was 8:30 at night already. I trusted them. The next day I read the contract and it was for 6 years and there was a cost for the coverage. I called and left messages. I had an appointment at the dealer on Monday. I complained then. A different finance manager stated that they could rewrite it if the finance check was not cashed. He didn't think it was. He also stated that he had to talk with the other manager and he would call me back. They never did until I called my sales man. I went back to the dealer. The original finance manager basically stated you signed it. He couldn't cancel the key and tire coverage because it was non cancelable, which they never told me. I told them I would never come back or buy a ford from a dealer. They told its your prerogative and you can do what you want. More
I Recently visited Lasco Ford to look at the 2012 Ford F150's with intention to just price them out. I owe a great deal to Matt Lasco and salesman Dan Chaney who worked diligently to get me into my new truck. Thank You so much, I will be sending all my friends to Dan. Not only did Christie go out of her way by giving me her personal cell phone number so all my questions could be answered prior to coming in, but she ran around the dealership like a mad woman helping us ou personal cell phone number so all my questions could be answered prior to coming in, but she ran around the dealership like a mad woman helping us out. We live about 45 minutes from the dealership but my experience with them 2 years ago is what brought me back. They worked out our deal on our new vehicle and everyone was so nice and not once even though it was almost 10 at night did ne one complain. The drive is worth the awesome customer service we recieve here. I will be using Lasco for all my car needs and will refere friends and family. Thank you again guys!!! More

She went out of her way to take care of any problems I had with the car and to make sure my dealings with Lasco Ford were pleasant. I also got a great price on my "new" SHO. I would definitely return to Lasco Ford and Christy for my next new or used car purchase. More
