Bought a used car here six months ago that had serious issues. The salesman made.it seem as if the car was in great condition and did not clarify my right to have it inspcted on the premises. This is my second time leasing a car through the Fenton dealership because of the excellent service they provide. Our sales salesperson Ben Willey was our salesperson the first time and we sought him out this time also. His communication is clear and is very helpful as well as knowledgeable. He listened and was attentive to our needs and concerns. Ben is polite, and extremely professional. We never felt pressured nor rushed. Ben explained and re-explained things we were unclear on. They did the full ser Until this most recent visit my experiences at Lasco have been 5 stars. This latest one however left me a little disappointed. They did the full service oil change and 40K service timely, however when I got in the car to head to work, noticed a few things that left me under-whelmed. First, they washed the car which was fine, but it appears the driver-side door was not fully closed when they did it as the arm rest was wet, water in the storage compartments at the bottom of the door, and water dripping from the rubber trim at the top of the door jam. There was a greasy smudge on the steering wheel air bag, and then as I got on the freeway I noticed another grease smudge on the top of the driver's door, on the light gray fabric. Whoever was moving my car around was clearly not careful at all with keeping my car clean. More
