Our first contact with Lasco Ford was with Jon Rice. We had been shopping for a new car and have been GM owners for years. This time we decided to check around and had looked at a Buick Lacrosse and a Chry had been shopping for a new car and have been GM owners for years. When we spoke with Jon, he spent a lot of time comparing the features of the Ford Taurus to the Buick and Chrysler. He was very knowledgeable about the Taurus as we expected, but also knew all the comparable features of the competitors cars. After he answered all our many questions the Taurius won hands down. Surprisingly, he converted an old GM man to a Ford. John Camilleri also stopped by to say hi. He welcomed us to Lasco Ford. He was very pleasant and gave us some information on Lasco dealership and said to call him if we needed anything. We also spoke to Paul Zaaman. He was very patient and answered our questions thoughly and went over the terms of the contract completely. We were very satisfied with the price and our payments. I entered the dealership to buy a used truck. The truck i wanted was already sold. I was going to walk but was shown what was offered in the new truck department. Corey worked with us over the course a 3 months. We had recently filed bankruptcy and weren't sure what if anything we would qualify for. Even while we waited for the courts, corey would text us every now and then to see how things were going. He is a very genuine, knowledgable person that does his job very well. The only negative feedback I would have is once we decided on a vehicle, it took 5 hours in your dearlership before it was ours. That is way too long. Your finance people were so backed up with paperwork and the only thing the gentleman want ed to do was sell us a warranty even though we said no more than 5 times. That portion of the experience was horrible. But Corey was fantastic and I have a lot of his business cards to hand out to my friends! :) More

Despite having several dealerships closer to my work place and home, I travelled to Lasco (nearly 1 hour drive from my home in Northville to Fenton) to just assess my trade-in value. He got me a very competitive pricing for my trade-in and I walked out with my new Ford fusion keys. He made my experience of leasing extremely simple. Rest of the staff were really helpful as well. This is an extremely hardworking dealership and they were up until 11pm!!! closing my deal. Would recommend Lasco to anyone in a heartbeat.
