Emily Lorencz was a great help in finding an F-250 for our family. We had contacted her so she knew what we were looking for and would send us a link when they got a clean vehicle on the lot matching our our family. The truck we purchased needed the windshield replaced and she setup for it to be done local to us so we didn’t have to drive over an hour from our home. We were so happy that Lasco has an on-site Secretary of State so we didn’t have to wait long to get all of the paperwork done. Everything was completed that day and drove our truck home. Would highly recommend working with Emily to find your next ford purchase. More

I have worked with Tucker (service advisor) for a year or so now, and he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I have bought two vehicles from Lasco. Not impressed. They charged me about $250 For dealership prep fee. When I received my brand new F150 the floor mats where not installed, middle front grill piece They charged me about $250 For dealership prep fee. When I received my brand new F150 the floor mats where not installed, middle front grill piece still sitting on the floor in back cab area and plastic on front rims still sticking to rims. I didn’t raise a stink, because I so wanted my wife to get her truck that day. I will not go back to them. Oh. And and let me include my “certified” fusion. They give me one key and fob (until I complain and they make it right), they DONT give me the keyless code pad number at the drivers door and one of the fog lamps is burnt out. So much for certified used. I have not said anything for several years. But now that I have time to catch up on things I’m speaking out. Absolutely everything I have said is true. The part about the fusion is documented in their computer, I took it back to them to be corrected. I fixed the stuff in my F150 myself. I will buy Ford again. I’ll try Hines Park in new Hudson next. More
