I live four hours from this dealership, but They had a truck I was looking for. I also had a trade-in. To not waste anyone's time, I spoke to Rob Quite frequently about prices and sent pictures of my truc truck I was looking for. I also had a trade-in. To not waste anyone's time, I spoke to Rob Quite frequently about prices and sent pictures of my truck. My husband and I liked what we heard, so I drove the four hours. 20+ pictures on the internet! I was fairly informed of what I was getting. I was very happy that what numbers Rob and I came up with, was exactly what I got on paper. These days, over the phone and internet, is a big risk. However, the truck I bought, (certified), had some blemishes I was not made aware of. Was not told it had rust on the door, that someone tried to cover with touch-up paint, was not told, it needed tires and some pretty good scratches in the paint through out the truck, along with the wheels themselves were very scratched. I drove the four hours home in my new truck, a little out of line, maybe alignment needed? Or could be that it does need tires. Sales people were very nice, I will give them that, but I' m going to have to put some additional money into the $32,500 truck I just financed. I won't be driving four hours to this location, again. Honest people on numbers over the phone and internet, but if you are local, go over your purchase with a fine tooth comb. More

I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past but my experience with Paul was by far the most pleasant and satisfying. There is so much I could say about the whole event. He was right on the mark from the start and he followed through on everything that he said he would. I was really impressed by his wealth of knowledge about cars and his level of professionalism. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed which really made for a stress-free experience. Paul was also dilligent in working on my loan and he actually went back to the lender and negotiated a better interest rate and lower payment. The car was delivered in pristine condition and it is hands-down the most beautiful and clean used car that I have ever had. Even after delivery, Paul called me just to see how I was doing and if I had any issues with the car. I did not.
