Best car buying experience of my life Went to Lasco to look at buying a Lincoln MKX I had found on cars.com. Was meet in the parking lot by a junior sales man and shown everything I was in Went to Lasco to look at buying a Lincoln MKX I had found on cars.com. Was meet in the parking lot by a junior sales man and shown everything I was interested in and more that matched my needs for a vehicle. After a short period RJ (sales manager) meet with me and got my deal rolling. The next day when I sent my fiancé to look at my choice she found a car she loved aswell. After all was said and done we walked out with two slightly used cars for well below market value and with the best service we could have asked for. After a few days in my new Lincoln I noticed a slight noise in the breaks and took it in for service. After a few hours this problem was fixed with a new set of rotors and I went along my way without spending a dime for repairs and feeling secure that my choice with buying our vehicles here was the correct choice. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Lasco its easy and worry free. More

Return of previous customer As a customer in the past, I was leery of returning to Lasco, due to a terrible experience with a previous salesman. I was in the market for a Ford Ex As a customer in the past, I was leery of returning to Lasco, due to a terrible experience with a previous salesman. I was in the market for a Ford Explorer and had considered shopping elsewhere. I received an email about a program they were offering so I thought I'd check it out Lasco anyway. I was greeted by Rusty before I even got inside and was pleasantly surprised by his gracious attitude. I told him what I was in the market for and he found one immediately. He found out it had already been sold, then and keep looking and actually found 2 of what I was in the market for. Fortunately one of them was the right color! He walked me thru the purchase system, explained everything, worked with me on my trade in, keep going back to the "tower" and convinced them the deal was right. The service from a "car salesman" was very different from my last experience. Friendly, willing to work with the customer and willing to go the extra mile is some of Rusty's best qualities.Then I met Shouen. What a terrific guy. I was expecting the hard sale on all the "extras" that most car places try and get you to buy. Shouen was way different. He talked me through the entire financing process. Told me what I thought I needed and what I didn't. His attitude and philosophy on what keeps people coming back as a repeat customer, was exactly what I've said to many people. Honesty and integrity now appear to be back at the forefront of Lasco Ford. It was a very good experience. My mind has been changed. I can, without trepidation, once again recommended Lasco Ford. After the purchase, I also received great help from them with quick license plate application. Overall, it is has been a great experience for me and I will recommend this dealership. More
