With my latest purchased I actually worked with him and another member of his team, Andreea McGigor and I could not have been more satisfied. I told them the truck I wanted and although they didn’t have one on the lot, within a day they had found what I was looking for and had it delivered to their store. They could have easily tried what most dealerships do and convince me to settle on a vehicle that was on their lot even though it wasn’t what I was looking for, but they didn’t. Worth the Trip! I drove 65 miles to get to Lasco Ford in Fenton but it was "Worth the Trip." I had been shopping for an Explorer 2012 through 2014 with four wheel dr I drove 65 miles to get to Lasco Ford in Fenton but it was "Worth the Trip." I had been shopping for an Explorer 2012 through 2014 with four wheel drive and a trailer tow package for about three weeks on Ford Direct which lead me to the Lasco Ford website. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a great price and a real shopping experience. I don't think there was a single person I saw at the dealership who didn't have a smile and a kind word to say to me. I had spoken to Janice Oginsky on my original call and she was truly dedicated to "Custome Service" without high pressure techniques and truly interested in helping me get the deal I was after. When a deal is approved they announce it over the PA and the salesperson and the customer go over and ring the bell in the sales office. I heard the bell ring 5 times while I was there and I can understand why it will be ringing many more times. It was truly "Worth the Trip" to Lasco Ford in Fenton. More

Great Experience I dread purchasing vehicles. Every single experience I have had up to date has been negative and I have felt as if I made a mistake. This was until I I dread purchasing vehicles. Every single experience I have had up to date has been negative and I have felt as if I made a mistake. This was until I purchased my 2014 Escape from Kayla and Paul at Lasco. I left happy. Not only were they not pushy, they were down to earth. Kayla was friendly and sought after my needs within their capabilities. I do have to say that I did not go in with unrealistic expectations. No one can buy a $30,000 vehicle without money down and have a small payment. Kayla and Paul presented the facts and offered alternatives in order to save money. They presented a scenario that I felt comfortable with and worked FAST In order to execute. Shoen (the financing guy) was friendly, funny, and helpful. I received a great deal on extended warranty, GAP insurance, and wheel warranty. I felt all 3 were honest, and although are employed by Lasco, they still wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I know buying a vehicle can be stressful and intimidating sometimes. Kayla and Paul stifled the intimidation by not just saying I was a valued customer, but by treating me as such. I seriously thank them for a flawless and rapid transaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford or for a used vehicle. Just remember to be up front with what your boundaries are. They are not mind readers and when you are also honest, they will do what they can to help you. More
