Normal sales experience Always hate shopping for a new car can never be sure if you've gotten a good deal. Andreea was knowledgable about the vehicles we were interested. I do not like the practice of writing #'s down on a blank piece of paper with out seeing the full deal written out. Then they rush you through finance as they are getting ready to close and that is where you see the full deal written out for the first time. Leaves you wondering whether you got a good deal or not...guessing not which is why they do it that way. Too much time sitting waiting to get to finance, again felt like this was on purpose if not and they are that busy then they need to hire more people. More
