This was our 4th car purchase from Lasco and our sales rep Emily Lorencz helped to make this experience a very smooth and easy transaction. The ringing of the bell and the excitement of the whole sales room was a nice touch. Fun! Thanks to Danny for helping to sync our phone and acclimate us to our new car. The final sales process was very unique as it was 100% digital (digital desktop and signatures), except for one or two documents the state of Michigan still required me to physically sign. More

They were very apologetic with the other location and did all they could to give us the best experience. We will be back again for service work and future vehicles. Ford f 150 Bought a new F150. Knew going what I wanted because had been to other dealers before. Had to fight to get even a close deal to what the other dealer Bought a new F150. Had to fight to get even a close deal to what the other dealer offered. paid more here only because they were able to get the truck the other dealer couldn't. Had to ask for my keys back 4 different times. It's like they hold them hostage until you sign a deal. Paid $600 more than the other dealers quoted. Tried to rush me to sign before I even seen the truck. 1st time I ever had to put a down payment before I could see the truck. Original number on the truck was way out of the question. Don't really see what the breakdown is until you force them. Just want to tell you how much a month. Overall not impressed by the way this went. More
