The one sales rep that did give me lease numbers after basically begging gave me an outrageous amount of $600 a month after telling her I’ll put money down. “That’s the best I can do” she said. Un real. I’ll be writing ford about this. Never know who your dealing with Jay Lasco. Be ready to talk to some regional managers. You guys are ridiculous. More
Stay away at all costs! This dealership is incompetent when it comes to service. My truck has been there 8 times and they can’t fix it right. It’s returned in worse shape than when it arrives. I recently took my 2019 Ford Flex to Lasco's service department for a couple of warranty issues. The gentleman who worked with me named Bruce . It was my first visit so he helped me get my car registe department for a couple of warranty issues. The gentleman who worked with me named Bruce . I was pricing my car out for trade in. Had some good values, but came here because I found vehicle I wanted and color I wanted. When I showed trade in value from three other dealerships , the salesman l values, but came here because I found vehicle I wanted and color I wanted. When I showed trade in value from three other dealerships , the salesman laughed and told me go back there then. Thanks for wasting my gas. Happy to say I went to suburban Ford and got more than what I wanted with a cheaper payment better customer service and made sure I didn't waste any time at the dealership. More

Do not trust their inspections of vehicles. If you must buy from this dealer then bring along someone who knows their stuff about cars and can look with you. I was assured my breaks passed the certified buy from this dealer then bring along someone who knows their stuff about cars and can look with you. I was assured my breaks passed the certified pre-owned inspection yet the rear breaks were very poor with the right one having only 2mm thickness left. They were unwilling to work with me on this issue and decided to never reach back out to me. I also discovered that 2 subwoofers were blown out, just expected more for a $25000 vehicle from a Ford dealer. More

Dealership was fine but last service appointment less than desirable. Based on service experienceni am seriously considering going to a different dealership for next car purchase First oil change with than desirable. No eye contact with me nor any responses to my questions. Couldn't find me in the system and yet have purchased several vehicles. Showed him emails from them and text, he ignored and repeated I was not in the system. No follow up when vehicle oil change complete just told to see cashier. Again no eye contact. More
Bought a Ford certified car with 50k miles, was told being certified it had been gone through with a fine tooth comb and anything that was wrong was fixed. Less then a month and 600 miles later I broke being certified it had been gone through with a fine tooth comb and anything that was wrong was fixed. Less then a month and 600 miles later I broke down in Kentucky 6.5 hrs from home, the dealership did absolutely nothing to help....I missed work, was stranded for nearly a week, had to leave my car in Kentucky with multiple problems with the transmission. Will take weeks to fix and in the meantime I am left with no car to get back and forth to work since Lasco Ford didn't have a car for me use or even rent, rental will cost more a week then I make at work, hotel and eating for the week stuck in KY has taken what little money I had left after paying Lasco all my savings for my car. They really could care less, they have my money and it doesn't matter that I have no car three weeks later. I also will have to find a way to go get my car once it finally gets fixed. The warrenty will not even come to cover what the expenses that has added due to Lasco selling me a car with a crap transmission, I will be out over $2000. They will try to say it is coincidence that three parts all broke at the same time less then 600 miles down the road so they also are implying their customers are stupid instead of taking responsibility for their negligence. Not only would I say do not buy from them, I would also hope you tell all your friends, neighbors and random strangers to not give them any business. I am sure not all the cars they sell are crap however supporting a business that is dishonest and clearly doesn't care about their customers or stand buy the cars they sell is hopefully not a business you would choose to support. More
