I've been going to Lasco for about 10 yrs now and have never been disappointed in any of my vehicle purchases. The only downside is that they have a high sales person turnover rate. It seems like as soon as I get a good "working" relationship with my sales guy, they leave. But this has no real affect on their ability to make a sale, it just takes that personal feel I like out. My sales guy for this truck purchase was Nick Clark and his sales manager Brandon Beebe. I put those two through a LOT and made them work for this one but they both did an outstanding job!! I've also been using the service department for an equal amount of time and can say they have come a long way in the past 10 years. By far my favorite service advisor to deal with is Dave Furno. He always steers me in the right direction and works with me on my service needs. I'll be getting one of the Lasco Lifts ( Lascolifts.com ) put on next week :) I also cant wait to get my trucks first oil change done in the new state of the art service department. Thanks Team Lasco for making yet another vehicle purchase great and thanks Nick, Brandon and Dave for making the experience exceptional. More

As long as I have the choice I will follow Dan to any dealership he works for to purchase my vehicles. Finding someone you trust makes the entire buying process a lot less stressful. I emailed Dan ahead of time what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I was able to spend. When I showed up for my appointment he had a few vehicles picked out for me and the keys sitting on his desk waiting. He made everything so easy. While Dan was off getting my trade in appraised and getting paper work ready I had time to listen and watch everything that was going on around me. I had more then one person come up to me and ask if I needed anything, any coffee or water. I heard a close by salesperson make a follow up call to a customer that had purchased a vehicle the day before to see if they needed anything or had any questions. I heard another salesperson make a follow up call to a customer that had decided not to purchase a car. She asked if there was anything that she could have done better with their interaction to earn his business. I watched one of the managers bend over backwards to meet a potential customers needs with what he was asking for his trade in. He personally went out to the vehicle to see if the appraiser had missed anything on the vehicle to increase its trade in value. Danny helped me move over my belongings from my old vehicle to the new one. He patiently explained the new features on my car and helped connect my phone to the Bluetooth. When the deal was made I got a standing ovation from the staff as I rang the sales bell. There was a radio station there visiting that day and I got free movie passes from them for purchasing a vehicle. There isn't one negative thing I can say about my experience with Lasco. My time is very important to me. The best thing about the day was that from the time I walked in the door till when I left with my new vehicle was only 3.5 hours. Usually buying a new car takes the entire day. Seriously there is no reason to shop elsewhere. Thank you mostly to Dan for being so awesome, but thanks to everyone else at Lasco for giving me such a positive experience. More

Going The Extra Distance! Prior to buying my Escape from Lasco Ford, I went to other Ford dealers near my home. If it weren't for a mistake I made when trying to reach another dealer, I wouldn't have stumbled upon Lasco Ford and I wouldn't have experienced the positive buying experience I enjoyed when making this recent purchase. The Sales Associate, Shane Winslow and his manager, Paul Zaagman convinced me to drive the extra distance to do business with Lasco and kept their promise of putting me in a better vehicle for a lower cost than other dealers closer to my home. At first, I didn't think it was possible, but in the end, they sold me the vehicle I wanted with more features than I expected and at the lowest cost. More

Despite what is apparently an extremely low quality "172 point inspection" on used inventory, I think they buy these at auction, no matter what the vehicle's history, and sell as "good condition" for top dollar. They have a great inventory at first glance, but be very careful. You'll spend several unsuccessful hours trying to get them to lower the price or fix what should have already been done. Considering their reputation at pretty much every dealer around and our experience several years ago, I imagine you will be disappointed in the end. It's pathetic that they decide to skip making their inventory presentable while daily giving away 500 dollars cash during the week. They don't have good documentation, either. I didn't buy anything but they sent me a card for my vehicle's first oil change...the one I took in for the trade. The salespeople are courteous and polite, so the problem is incompetent management. This company was much better when Phil ran it. More

Outstanding Experience I learned of Lasco Ford via the internet while looking for a Ford Escape for our son. We found the internet pricing to be very competitive, which is I learned of Lasco Ford via the internet while looking for a Ford Escape for our son. We found the internet pricing to be very competitive, which is why I suspect so many customers were in the building. Lasco had a pretty good selection of vehicles, but most importantly the one we wanted. When I first entered the dealership I was surprised to see so much activity. I have never seen so many people in a dealership in the evening. I then learned that they are open every evening, not just Mondays and Thursdays. There was just a frenzy of activity going on with people buying cars left and right, denoted by the happy new customers ringing the bell to cheers and claps from the sales team and other customers. I found our sales rep, Erik, a pleasure to work with. Erik is new to sales, but not new to providing excellent customer service. Erik was outstanding to work with. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns and was able to articulate those to his management team. We negotiated a deal that I thought was fair to everyone. I thought Erik represented the dealership well, was friendly, honest, straightforward and worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. We worked until after close the first night and came to an agreement on an Escape. Everyone we worked with was a pleasure to work with: Erik, Blake, Alan, Jake and Danny. When we left that night, we knew exactly what our payment was and needed to come back the following night to finish the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. When it came time to finish up the paperwork, there was a slight difference in the payment amount that we had confirmed the night before. It wasn't really significant, just a couple of dollars, but there had been a misunderstanding about the license plate fee between Erik and his management team. To Erik's credit, he stood by his statements to us and his manager Alan Parker spoke with us in order to resolve the issue. Either way, this wasn't a deal killing difference, but rather a matter of principle. We all spoke for 5 minutes or so, and Alan made the decision to make a slight adjustment in the price of the car to get to the original number. While the amount was really insignificant, Alan showed tremendous integrity by backing up Erik. While our entire experience was excellent from start to finish, sometimes the little things people do tell you a lot about themselves. After this purchasing experience, I will recommend to everyone I know that is shopping for a new or used car to consider Lasco Ford. I personally would absolutely come back to Lasco Ford, and now I fully understand why so many people shop at Lasco. Don't forget to ask for Erik Getyina! Sincerely, Fred Arthur More
