Flo came out of the gate not knowing that he was competing with another dealership and gave me a better deal. After that, Szott tried to beat Lasco several times and every time Lasco came back with a better deal. Nick Clark drove to me and picked me up so that I could go to the dealership and discuss my interests in a new vehicle. He was personable, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I was saying. It had been ten years since I bought a new car so I was a bit unfamiliar with the entire process. He went over all of my interests and showed me vehicles specific to my liking. He even showed me more vehicles outside of what I was looking for. As a result of seeing more vehicles, I became more educated in the types of options the cars have because of Nick, and I wound up picking a car that fit me perfectly. James Marcheselli took the time to break down warranty plans and explain what each meant in the finance department. It was easy to compare all plans as his entire desktop is a flat touch screen computer monitor that you can view! The technology is great there, the financing portion of it is fast and easy- pretty much paperless. Danny Oda sat with me in the car and showed me the awesome technology and how to adjust it to fit my needs. Dave Riley, the manager, expressed that he was available to address any concerns that I may have and that is very comforting to know. It was nice to become familiar with each department and it made the purchase even more worthwhile and easy to finalize.
