Service department and finance department I paid a extra 400 dollars for a remote start but no one bothered to tell me that the engine will shut off when I open any car door.....,I thought it I paid a extra 400 dollars for a remote start but no one bothered to tell me that the engine will shut off when I open any car door.....,I thought it would be like any remote start even the service lady who showed me how to use it said it would shut the engine off if I steped on the brake she never mentioned it would shut by opening a door or the back lift gate so I feel I just wasted 400 dollars also was not informed of a 70 dollar price increase in the payment until I had to go in to sign the papers More
AMAZING SALESPEOPLE! Horrible service dept!!! First off and formost this is the second time my wife and i have been here. and i have to say wow. Jarrell, Nick, and of course Annie you three were First off and formost this is the second time my wife and i have been here. and i have to say wow. Jarrell, Nick, and of course Annie you three were amazing I can't thank you enough for getting us into the 2012 Ford Focus the car is great and it's Perfect. our credit is bad and these three amazing people helped us get into a newer vehicle at the price that we knew we could afford and they didn't try to put a higher price on us we gave them our ceiling and they kept to it. I will definitely come back for the sales aspect of this dealership. However the service aspect of the dealership is horrible my wife and I signed our car at around 10:30 11 o'clock we left the dealership at close to 5 o'clock p.m. All they had to do was install a seatbelt clip in the rear and obviously clean up the vehicle. I don't know what happened to them but I also did not receive my floormats that were supposed to be in the vehicle or come with the vehicle that I had purchased,and that I have seen better car washing / detailing in a vehicle from an actual car wash! Very disappointed in the service aspect that it took over 5 hours to do something that should have only taken 2 max. I watched people come in after me and leave before me and I figured that what was going on was kind of crummy. you need to maybe think about doing a first come first serve service which works tremendously well...i would know because that's what my company uses. I didn't appreciate some of your service reps in the offices swearing in the waiting room with my one year old daughter who is learning to pick up words, very inappropriate! I also didn't appreciate that every time I went over to the service desk windows and door looking into the service area that most of your employees were standing/walking around on their cell phones very very horrible business ethics will never be back for service to this dealership for service ever again. My overall grade for this dealership is that if you do need a car Annie, Nick, jarrell these three people are your people to get ahold of they will do everything and anything that they can to get you into a vehicle that works for you. A+++ and unfortunately the service department you failed! More
Buyers, Advocate Well, I must say that my purchase of a 2014 focus followed a less than traditional route. After pouring over the numbers with a sales manager and Ben Well, I must say that my purchase of a 2014 focus followed a less than traditional route. After pouring over the numbers with a sales manager and Ben I thought the deal was done. Being late, I came back the next day for delivery and to sign. It was then that I realized that the loan was a year longer than I thought. My fault for not looking more closely. This assumption and miscommunication caused me to walk out on the deal and out of the dealership. Ben worked tirelessly to get my payment down to wear I needed it. I came back the next day and bought the car for a payment I did not think was possible. Ben used a word to describe his role in the car buying process. He called himself an advocate. I am not naive. I understand how sales works, but i really believe Ben worked for my business and was a tireless advocate on our behalf. Thanks Ben! More

Willing to do what it takes to make the sale. When I stopped in to Lasco Ford I was just curious in what price they were offering for a new 2015 Ford Escape. I had already been to our long standing sales guy at Szott Ford and gotten a price from him and was planning to purchase from Szott. Flo came out of the gate not knowing that he was competing with another dealership and gave me a better deal. After that, Szott tried to beat Lasco several times and every time Lasco came back with a better deal. I really appreciated them trying to accommodate my needs and Flo could not have been more helpful and friendly! It's not often you find a dealer you feel like you can trust. More

We decided to lease a 2014 Ford Focus with the help of Florin. He was very helpful and actually listened to us and exactly what we wanted. Florin made it happen. As soon as the lease is up we plan on coming back to purchase a new vehicle. Great service and excited to see the upcoming renovations to the building! More

She showed us every vehicle we asked to see and made recommendations based on what we wanted. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership as long as the service we received this visit continues. Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with from a management standpoint and was very personable. Paul was very intuitive to our needs and very knowledgeable about all the products and inventory the dealership had to offer. I will be recommending these two sales people to everyone I know. Lasco is extremely lucky to have both Paul and Emily working for them. My experience with Lasco could not have been a more pleasant one! More
