I went to Lasco Ford to purchase a different car than what I did purchased. When my husband, and I test drove it, but I didn't like it. Andy showed me different cars on the lot, and on the computer. I wasn't to sure about the Ford cars. I didn't know that much about them. But Andy told me about his dad's experience with his car, and I decided to try one out. The moment we drove down the road I knew this was the car for me! I had already been pre-approved from Capitol One, and Andy did his best to see if he could get me a better deal. Which he did! When they announced my name over the intercom, and all the staff stood up, and clapped their hands; it was like I just became part of their family! Also, I was walked over to the bell so I could ring it. My husband, and I are happy we decided to go to Lasco Ford that day! Thank you so very much Andy!! More

After sale service I am so disappointed with the after sale service, I have had my car for 30 days and the driver door handle quits working and its a 300 dollar fix you I am so disappointed with the after sale service, I have had my car for 30 days and the driver door handle quits working and its a 300 dollar fix you would think so soon after a sale it would be covered I mean if your car starts breaking after 30 days what does that say about the quality of the car.
