I went to Lasco Ford to purchase a different car than what I did purchased. When my husband, and I test drove it, but I didn't like it. Andy showed me different cars on the lot, and on the computer. I wasn't to sure about the Ford cars. I didn't know that much about them. But Andy told me about his dad's experience with his car, and I decided to try one out. The moment we drove down the road I knew this was the car for me! I had already been pre-approved from Capitol One, and Andy did his best to see if he could get me a better deal. Which he did! When they announced my name over the intercom, and all the staff stood up, and clapped their hands; it was like I just became part of their family! Also, I was walked over to the bell so I could ring it. My husband, and I are happy we decided to go to Lasco Ford that day! Thank you so very much Andy!! More

After sale service I am so disappointed with the after sale service, I have had my car for 30 days and the driver door handle quits working and its a 300 dollar fix you I am so disappointed with the after sale service, I have had my car for 30 days and the driver door handle quits working and its a 300 dollar fix you would think so soon after a sale it would be covered I mean if your car starts breaking after 30 days what does that say about the quality of the car. Also stone chips to be fixed when first bought still have not been addressed. It just seems that the sale is the only important thing not customer satisfaction or quality of products.
