Kaylyn Harris is all about responding when the sale is in motion as soon as it is over she ghosts ya. She has failed to respond to my ins. co. request for a RD 108 form. I have asked too. She was pressing hard to get ins co to give the info but fails to do her part. Choose her as ur dales person at your own peril. I could go on but a word to wise is sufficient. The salesman told me, they were supposed to get 1 & when they get one they will call me. They called a few months later & I went to pick up the car the same day. The car was offered for 1000s dollars more than sticker price as Dark Horse was rare. The sales man told me they will be able to finance the car below my credit union interest rate. 2) Everything went smooth. The finance guy asked me to sign the paperwork, and as I was looking through the paperwork, I noticed they had the finance at 10%!!! Talked with him that I could have gotten finance from my credit union for far lower & I was told they can finance it lower than my credit union. He hee hawed. I decided to walk out, as I dont like dealers who mislead their customers. He requested I sit down, and 2 minutes later offered financing very close to my credit union though still higher. Decided to go for it. 3) Talked with salesman that they are misleading customers, by making false finance promises. The finance guy called me back and now offered me a lower than credit union interest rate. 4) They said they will send me the sales paperwork via email within a couple of days 5) Didn't receive paperwork from them in over 2.5 months. Called salesman & he emailed me the paperwork the same evening. 6) Realized they had charged me $1000 for GAP insurance without talking with me about it. GAP insurance through my insurance company would have been like $25/6months!!! What a bunch of fraudsters. More
I bought a 2017 Dodge ram back in September and I bought the Ford warranty gap insurance everything they can sell me I bought when winter got here my windows froze and when they thought out my window droppe the Ford warranty gap insurance everything they can sell me I bought when winter got here my windows froze and when they thought out my window dropped all the way to the bottom of the door so I took it in for service and they informed me that it is not covered under my warranty that I bought so to fix it they quoted me over $1,500 to fix this problem they said The regulators in my doors were bad they said the clips on them were broken so I was mad and I took it home and I tore into the doors myself after looking at them I realize they misdiagnosed this problem and it wasn't The regulators that were bad or the clips on The regulators were bad it was a fact that the window retention clips were wore out they weren't even broke they just didn't have any tension to them also after they quoted me over $1,500 to fix this they wanted to charge me $22 to get my truck back after they misdiagnosed it they quoted me over 1500 so when I took it apart and realized what was actually wrong with it in the long run it cost me $9 to fix and about 45 minutes labor for each door and after all I am a second time customer for these guys they also jerked me around on an oil pan on my first vehicle I bought they stripped a screw out on the drain plug and wouldn't take responsibility for it I guess all I'm saying people is watch what this service department does they are not very good and they will not take responsibility for something that is their fault More

On Mon afternoon Jan 29 I drove through the lot looking for a used truck a sales guy walked out his name was Alex young kid he ask a few questions I told him I was just looking he was so nice I told him I wanted to bring my wife up later we took 6 trucks for a ride alex was a great experience to work with ask him to give us till morning to make our decision he said no problem we pulled the money from my retirement on tues morning and we went back up to lasco talked to Alex and told him what truck we wanted at the same time we showed proof of funds and check would be mailed 4-10 days but should see it in 5 days he got the manager I believe his name was Henry I told him I could leave a deposit he said they only hold for 24 hrs I said ok we understand the manger says I’ll be right back he said they would make a exception I gave him 1,000 cash to hold truck they called me thurs Fri on Monday at 10.00 Alex called I told him I’m at work I get home at 3.00 heck should be there if not repost the truck then at 1.30 the manager called me I told him the same thing I’ll be home at 3.00 if it’s there I’ll be right up I’ll call you he said ok I lefty early and the check was there I went to back and was at the dealership at 3.15 after sitting with Alex talking the manager walked over and tells me the truck is sold they were finishing up the deal I would be in 2 nd if it fails through I went home grabes the wife went back up to get out deposit back truck is still there I ask for a general manger his name was Steve he was nice I explained the story to him and he said I heard the conversation and this was just a bad issue I told him I had the deposit bin the truck it should not be sold to anyone but me as I was here at 3.15 he agreed but nothing they could do but say sorry them Blake the other manager came again nothing but offer me another truck I told him I wouldn’t buy nothing from them I’m so losses right now my wife said give them a chance it’s been 3 days nothing people are nice there but they didn’t treat there customers fair I would never buy from here and this was a bd thing they did if I have a deposit on the truck it should not been sold to someone else and the new salesman lost the sale commission .shame on Henry the manager for this poor service I run retail sites I would fire someone I took my sale to Hines park in new Hudson and had a good experience and walked out with a truck last night shame on lasco ford More
I used Ford's pickup and delivery service for the first time for an oil change on 08/02/23 which I was charged $598.26 for. Upon delivery I noticed that they did not change the windshield sticker informin time for an oil change on 08/02/23 which I was charged $598.26 for. Upon delivery I noticed that they did not change the windshield sticker informing of the next scheduled oil change. No big deal....then today I started getting notices on my dash that it is time for an oil change. I have no reason to believe that they serviced my car. Now I have to go out and get an oil change. I will not be bringing my car back again. More

Bought a 2022 Demo. Had issues with the brakes. Cory Becker/salesman was great. When I took it to service I was introduced to Matt. I've never had anyone as attentive and Had issues with the brakes. Sitting in the waiting room he came in several times to update me on the vehicle, when parts had to be ordered, he texted me at home and immediately got my car in to complete the service. The next day I received a follow up text making sure the brakes weren't squeaking. Thanks to Matt for putting my mind at ease and making service a great experience. More
