Outstanding in every way I knew of Lasco Ford from reputation from locals in the Fenton area but had never went to them for a car purchase before. What a mistake. I found the sales staff straightforward in their approach, not trying to "sell me" but they listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was. Within 20 minutes Andy Klepoch found exactly the car I was looking for and within 10 minutes I was sitting in exactly what I had been looking for throughout the state of Michigan and northern Ohio. No hassle about the purchase price, the numbers came right from NADA and discounted since they are a wholesale dealership. I have been buying cars for forty years and never had such a positive experience. OUTSTANDING! More

Horrible Dealership By far, the worst dealership and car buying experience imaginable. After finding what I initially thought was a great deal online, my wife and I went By far, the worst dealership and car buying experience imaginable. After finding what I initially thought was a great deal online, my wife and I went in to take a look at the 2015 Ford Explorer Sport we had found. Car looked great, ran great, and only had ~12k miles! After trying to get a fair trade for my 2011 Escape and being told by the salesman that delivery for our car was not an option (even though his boss came out and told us they do it all the time) we were on our way. Before we left, we discussed the issue of a power rear foldING seat that didn't work, a large scratch in the drivers side door and a squeaky sun roof, all of which we were assured would be fixed when we got our car. Fast forward about 2 weeks later, car shows up and only thing that was fixed was the paint, even though it had a cloudy appearance. Called the dealer back, told them the issue, and they told me that if I brought the car back (which is 2.5 hours from my house) they would fix it and give me a loaner for the time the car was in the shop. 2 more weeks go by and my "fixed" Explorer is delivered back, only it was not fixed. Power seat was still not fixed and 2 jagged pieces of broken glass were in the cup holder next to the seat my 3 year old would sit in. On top of the glass (which was unbelievable) the car had greasy hand prints all over. Throughout all of this, I was in contact with the Salesman, SS (not mentioning his name, but if you shop there, look up the initials). After talking to him multiple times, he informed me that there "are literally thousands of moving parts on a vehicle" and that a few bad here and there are not a big deal. REALLY!??!? The guy didn't seem the care about us after the sale, even after we found that LASCO didn't contact Ford Credit to pay off the 2011 Escape, thus resulting in me having 2 car payments. After bringing this to their attention, I had to work with Ford Credit and Lasco, and after about 1.5 months and a few choice words, the issue was resolved. Now, fast forward to this evening. A loud crack! and boom, a piece of the "repaired" sunroof came down. Now we need to take it to another dealer since LASCO is incompetent. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THE DOOR. BY FAR THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I SPEAK TO THAT BUYING A CAR FROM LASCO IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU CAN MAKE. Excellent service I took my 2012 Focus in for service when the check engine light came on. I spoke to Greg on the phone to arrange my service appointment, from this po I took my 2012 Focus in for service when the check engine light came on. I spoke to Greg on the phone to arrange my service appointment, from this point forward I dealt with Andrew in the service department. He arranged to have me driven to work within 5 minutes of my arrival. Throughout the day he provided me with updates as to what needed to be repaired, cost of repair and time frame. At the end of my work day they picked me up and drove me to Lasco Ford, the car was repaired as promised and ready for pick up. I was very happy with my service experience as Lasco Ford and will look to Andrew if any future repairs are needed. Thank You! More
What a mistake!!! I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle because Kelsey Riley said it would cover "all the expensive stuff." Ha what a lie. Twelve days after I dropped the vehicle off and after calling three times, Cameron finally called me to tell me that it was gonna cost at least $2,000 and the $5,000 extended warranty that I purchased wasn't gonna cover any of it. No wonder Lasco has 1/5 rating on consumer affairs. Save yourself from these crooks and shop elsewhere. Here's an update: I went to go pick up my vehicle and it wouldn't start! They killed my battery. Then they tried saying spark plugs and a catalytic converter was gonna be $2300 but they will give me a deal for $900. They took advantage of me and I'm gonna have to contact a lawyer and file complaints with the BBB and State Attorney General's office. Update: I took my truck to MY mechanic and he told me there isn't even anything wrong with it. What Scammers!!! More

I can't say enough about the way everyone treats the customer here. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I don't think I'll ever consider going anywhere else. They're attitude doesn't change once you drive off the lot like most other dealerships. I would recommend to anyone that they should start here before going anywhere else. More
