We will not condone this review. We offered our vehicle exactly the way every dealer operates, $13,000 sale price does not mean out the door and no body, even retailers like Target or Walmart do not operate that way so your statement is false and is a form of defamation. $13,000 online sale price plus tax, doc fee, title, and plate transfer was offered to you at $14,231.04. We have that in writing and was clearly presented and broken down to you. Taxes are paid to the state of Michigan and we can't control that. The price you were offered was BELOW employee pricing and a loss to move a closeout 2017 model. We take pride in running an ethical, trustworthy, family owned business that has been helping support the local community for over 35 years. You should reconsider your harsh words you have presented to the online community and gather the real facts of what transpired. Thank you.
