The more I go to Lasco Ford in Fenton for service, the more I am convinced that Ford motor company should send their executives over there for schooling. A couple of weeks ago, I had quite a bit of necessary and required maintenance done on my 2016 Ford Transit Quigley van. Brakes, fuel injector cleaning, etc. everything was done correctly and on time. Yes, prices aren’t cheap, but Everything has gone up in price, everywhere. I’d rather go to Lasco Ford and pay the their prices than go somewhere else and be dissatisfied and even maybe put in harms way with shoddy workmanship. From Dave McDaniel as the service technician to whoever Joe the mechanic is in the back, to the nice staff in the cashiers department, all top shelf. More
I contacted Lasco service on 8/6/24 for assistance with my 2021 F150s 400w inverter. A recall for the rear wiring harness prompted Lasco service to come to my residence and fix this recall. This was a great first encounter with the Lasco service team after having issues with other Ford Service depts near me. However, following my recall fix I subsequently lost power functionality to the power outlets (standard wall outlets). I reached out to Lasco Ford to see how they could help. I called once on 8/6 and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected. I called back and after being on hold for another 15 minutes finally spoke with a technician who informed me that I had many error codes in my BCM that needed to be evaluated, but he wasn't able to provide details so an advanced technician would call me later that day. This never occurred. So I called again on 8/7, waited on hold for an extended period of time and was disconnected. Called back, same thing after waiting for nearly 20 minutes on hold. Hoping someone would get in touch with me (still awaiting a call back from the advanced tech) I waited until 8/12 and called again. This time I spoke with a tech who apologized for the failure to call back and promised I would receive a phone call. Never happened.... Finally on 8/20 I spoke with the service manager, Ashton. He was able to book an appt for me to have my truck evaluated on 8/26. I arrived 8/26 to find that they would not fix the issue as I was "over my warranty". I started my lease with 395 miles and was at 36100 on 8/26. They informed me it would be a $975 fix for a new inverter. I tried to explain the difficulty I had even obtaining an appt with them and at the time of the issue I was well under 36000miles. This did not matter and ultimately I didn't obtain service from Lasco Ford. It was also explained to me that doing your own oil changes and tire rotations "hurts" you as a consumer. Ford likes to see "customer loyalty" and since I had my truck serviced elsewhere in the past and not Lasco, they didn't feel there was customer loyalty... Shame on me for looking around to try and find a helpful dealership after having poor service at two local Ford dealers. I thought the initial gesture by Lasco Ford to fix my recall was great, and perhaps I had a dealership I could start to work with and trust. That couldn't be further from the case and since this issue arose I have found zero assistance. Thankfully, I was able to contact the dealership I signed my lease with (1.5 hours away) and they stated they could assist me with a fix. Dissatisfied is an understatement. I will not be utilizing Lasco Ford for service or sales in the future. More
Horrid, tried to rush a sale, telling me that they could do stuff for us then turned around and couldnt. Said that there was another customer behind us, and they were gonna sell it to them and not us if we do stuff for us then turned around and couldnt. Said the others drove almost 2 hours to get there as well, I dont remember ever making an appointment, and the other buyer showed up within an hour of me being there. So how would they have known to tell them I was looking at the same car, and how did they get ther so quickly? Shady for a name brand dealer. More
I have been in a car accident where my car was totaled and I was in desperate need of a car. I am an elderly woman and I’ve had medical issues so my credit isn’t the greatest because of medical bill. I was very upfront and honest with all of this information. The price of the car was $8000 and I gave $1000 deposit that leaves 7000. When I went to the dealership I was in pain I had been in a bad car accident that day that morning and my car was totaled. The salesman knew this. Once the dust settle, I found out that I had financed over $10,000 that’s after the thousand dollar deposit. And I have had nothing but problem after after problem with this car costing me over $2500. I hope Lasco can sleep well at night Knowing that they have almost an elderly woman into financial ruin over a car that they sold me in a desperate situation that they knew about and let me take delivery. Shame on you and I will not recommend this company or this dealership to anyone! Go somewhere else they don’t care. More
I was working a deal with one of the salesman for about a week. Salesman was great, we finally settled on numbers he told me I can put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. I had a check that was clearing the next day for the down payment- I called to put the deposit down but they said they had people coming to look at the vehicle so the GM would not hold it for me. Since I was told I could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle, I sold my third row suv for the down payment, I have four children and no vehicle to fit everyone in until I bought the vehicle from Lasco. So I waited and they never got back to me to let me know if the vehicle was still available, I ended up buying from another dealership. More
Kaylyn Harris is all about responding when the sale is in motion as soon as it is over she ghosts ya. She has failed to respond to my ins. co. request for a RD 108 form. I have asked too. She was pressing hard to get ins co to give the info but fails to do her part. Choose her as ur dales person at your own peril. I could go on but a word to wise is sufficient. I also have wasted too much time with this dealership. More

The salesman told me, they were supposed to get 1 & when they get one they will call me. They called a few months later & I went to pick up the car the same day. The car was offered for 1000s dollars more than sticker price as Dark Horse was rare. The sales man told me they will be able to finance the car below my credit union interest rate. 2) Everything went smooth. The finance guy asked me to sign the paperwork, and as I was looking through the paperwork, I noticed they had the finance at 10%!!! Talked with him that I could have gotten finance from my credit union for far lower & I was told they can finance it lower than my credit union. He hee hawed. I decided to walk out, as I dont like dealers who mislead their customers. He requested I sit down, and 2 minutes later offered financing very close to my credit union though still higher. Decided to go for it. 3) Talked with salesman that they are misleading customers, by making false finance promises. The finance guy called me back and now offered me a lower than credit union interest rate. 4) They said they will send me the sales paperwork via email within a couple of days 5) Didn't receive paperwork from them in over 2.5 months. Called salesman & he emailed me the paperwork the same evening. 6) Realized they had charged me $1000 for GAP insurance without talking with me about it. GAP insurance through my insurance company would have been like $25/6months!!! What a bunch of fraudsters. More
