Among the best in the country I live in southern California and recently attempted to purchase a PHEV Outlander form the Cerritos dealership. All I wanted was to purchase a vehicl I live in southern California and recently attempted to purchase a PHEV Outlander form the Cerritos dealership. All I wanted was to purchase a vehicle. I asked for a price and the manager gave me a hard time. I then contacted their sister store in Anahiem. Although they were polite their I waited for 2 weeks without a price. Then by chance I was in Las Vegas airport having lunch. I emailed Las Vegas Mitsubishi and within a couple bites of my sandwich I had a response from Sam. I told him what I was looking for. Sam listened to my questions and came back with answers. How refreshing! I had several questions pertaining to a out of state purchase and he put me as ease with how the procedure works. So I placed a deposit on my credit card and told him that I will be traveling for 10 days , Can they hold the vehicle until then. Sam talked to his manager and they accommodated me! So I flew into town and thats when I met Debbie. Debbie came out to the airport to pick me up! When I arrived the vehicle was in front of the dealership ...just waiting for me. Debbie had been trained by Mitsubishi ( Corporate ) regarding the new technology of this unit. She patiently informed me how it operated. How nice is that! The Pricing was very fair The process was painless.....How many times can you experience that today? And they helped me after the sale by sending me documents overnight ,( when Ca DMV lost the bill of sale in Sacramento) This dealership is like we are all part of the same team!
