Worst Customer Service after Buying a Car I would have given 5 stars considering easiness to talk to sales staffs and hassle-free procedures up to agreeing on a vehicle price... The financ I would have given 5 stars considering easiness to talk to sales staffs and hassle-free procedures up to agreeing on a vehicle price... The finance staff who did all the document signings for me was great UNTIL I requested a cancellation of a pre-paid maintenance plan. A day after I purchased a vehicle and a pre-paid maintenance plan, I had changed a mind after reviewing pros and cons of a pre-paid maintenance plan online so I asked a cancellation. I emailed, no replies, so left a voice mail next day, but no replies, so next day I asked a sales staff to put a post-it note on a finance staff's office. No responses at all for three days. So I finally expressed my frustration to an operator and she escalated it to all finance and sales folks. Then like 30 min later there finally came an email reply with all capital letters saying "WILL START CANCELLATION PROCESS" and nothing more in email. In that email, I saw no etiquette and that email made me feel bitter after I purchased the vehicle from Larson. A couple of days after I emailed to ask about the status update and waited for 8 hours to hear back. No replies. So I called and he picked it up and when I was about to say "hello", he stopped me and immediately said in a rush "I am working on it, process takes up to 4 weeks, believe me I am on it" there were no greetings at all. His tone was rushed and agitated and it made me feel really bad. It kind of felt so funny as he started saying things immediately after picking up the phone. Imagine you called someone and then someone picks it up and immediately saying only what he wants to say without "hello" nor any sort of "greetings". That really summed it up how he handles business when something happens not in his favor. After how this finance staff treated me I don't think I will go back to Larson for a next vehicle... I really thought I would go back for a next vehicle but not after this. Company I am working with, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and I am not sure what the #1 priority is for Larson. This has to be improved for Larson to do better. More

After the purchase I decided to cancel some additional warranty options that I had selected during signing the paperwork (initially I was told I could not cancel the options since it was already written into the loan paperwork). But I did decide to cancel the options within the time limits annotated on the paperwork for each warranty option. That was about three weeks ago and I have requested updates through the finance department but have not received any information (my emails were acknowledged). And I don’t want anyone to be in trouble for any reason, I just want to ensure I receive the refund since I followed the guidelines listed in the warranty agreeements. This has been the only hesistance in my full satisfaction with Larson Hyundai. More
