We bought Toyota Venza at Toyota of Tacoma on May 10, 2021. We had a great experience dealing with sales representative Tamer Ibrahim! I found a particular truck that I liked (wanted). It was a color that I liked and it appeared to have the options that I wanted which included a trailer brake controller from what I could tell in the online a color that I liked and it appeared to have the options that I wanted which included a trailer brake controller from what I could tell in the online add. I made an appt with CARMEM and when I arrived she passed me off to her trainee EMILY (very nice gale). I had many questions and EMILY hustled to get the answers. One of my questions being "does the truck have a trailer brake controller" and the answer was YES all the way up to the manager (STEVE) I believe that was his name. So, long story short...I purchased the truck. There was of course no negotiating the price and they of course didn't give me what I wanted for my trade in, but I wanted the truck so I agreed. This was the only time CARMEN talked to me was about money and no negotiating. When I got to the finance person...don't remember his name. I carefully looked over the paperwork probably more than he liked and found a couple of slipped in costs that I had taken off. Once we were done 5 hours later, I drove away. The next day I hooked up my truck to my travel trailer, got out the manual and low and behold no brake controller. After a few heated discussions on the phone with CARMEN and a few others, it was suggested I bring the truck in and they will look at it. I then took it to the local Toyota dealer and they agreed that there was NO brake controller. I also took photos of all 3 of their trucks on the lot that did have brake controllers. I then called off work losing a 1200 double time shift and took my truck back to Tacoma. After 3 hours of standing up for what I knew was NOT on my truck they agreed to put in an aftermarket trailer brake controller, give me a loaner car, and deliver my truck to my home and "it will likely be done tomorrow". I clearly explained over and over that I have a vacation planned and leaving Friday AM and need my truck back before then. Well, needless to say "tomorrow" has come and gone. I made several phone calls to the dealership late in the afternoon, (open until 8PM) and no one answered the phone, I even had a friend try from another number with the same results. Oh and did I mention it also was supposed to have Sirius radio in it but they couldn't get that to work either and they only had ONE key for my truck, "we are working on getting you another one". I am hoping I get a delivery tomorrow with a brake controller installed and I will NEVER return to that dealership for another purchase or service. They did offer me another truck of my choice but I would have to pay the difference....HA funny!! If my truck is not returned tomorrow you all will see another review and I guarantee it won't be any better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...SELL, SELL, SELL and no customer service unless you raise xxxx and stand in their lobby at the reception desk until you get what you were told you bought. YES, the worst experience ever for a 50,000 dollar truck and 1200 dollars lost income. More

Looking for a Rav4 and found the exact color and options I want on Larson website. Clicked the "Unlock Larson Price" button which showed a discount from Toyota for $1250 plus a Larson Discount of $4497. Wat I want on Larson website. Watched it on the site for few days the price and discounts were the same and finally pulled the trigger to ask if it was still available by clicking the "Confirm Availability" in the morning and was contacted by RJ via e-mail about an hour later. Started texting RJ and told him I'd like to come in that afternoon to check out the car. While doing the test drive RJ pulled up the Larson website and showed the Larson Discount was around $3200 $3300 and was told I was probably mistaken and added the Toyota rebate to their price and even if I was right that they wouldn't have to honor the price. Make sure to get a screen shot of what is bringing you into their location! Vin & Stock number are the same and discount was still $4497 that very morning. More
Agreed to a trade in value for my vehicle over the phone after I sent dozens of pictures. Came in and they low balled the trade in value(got me to come in when they offered more over the phone). I had to negotiate the original offer they made(took an hour). Another hour to negotiate price for their used vehicle(which I was told was negotiable over the phone). Vehicle didnt come with a owners manual. Negotiated with salesman to offer owners manual with the purchase of the vehicle. Its now been 10 months and he is still saying its on order and on its way... I will no longer buy from Larson. More

To our suprise...there were even additional perks added during our financing process, Derek was amazing to work with, so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Our entire experience at this dealership made us guaranteed to come back and buy another vehicle in the future! We love our gently used Toyota Yaris, drives perfect! We bought a 2019 Yaris with only 4,000 miles on it, we basically left with a new car & all thanks to Tony! As a caresalesman, and I've been around a lot, he was genuine, courteous and very patient! We will definitely be referring our friends and coming back to this dealership when it's time to purchase our next vehicle! More

Highly recommend doing business with this dealership. Indeed everyone we interacted with there was very responsive to our needs, thank you guys. More
