I worked with Paul Harden and Felipe Contreras and they both helped me secure the specific 4Runner I was looking for! They were awesome to work with and answered all my questions. Paul would keep me up both helped me secure the specific 4Runner I was looking for! They were awesome to work with and answered all my questions. Paul would keep me updated on delivery of the vehicle and answered every line item on the purchase order. Felipe provided great advice on my vehicle and also helped answer any question I may have. The final sales portion is my least favorite but the sales manager was transparent with all the fees and add ons. They held their word on beating the credit rate I walked in with. I didn’t get pegged with anything I wouldn’t agree with. They respected my decisions and I came out happy! More

Long story short I placed a hefty deposit down on a vehicle that wasn’t on the lot yet (awaiting delivery) and was told I would receive a call once it arrived. They sold it out from underneath me and never told me. More details below: 1. The call never came after I waited for three weeks. 2. I called the dealership multiple times asking for answers. The front desk picked up once and forwarded me to sales. Sales said they would call me back with info and they never did. 3. At this point I kept calling the front desk multiple days in a row. They never answered and I almost felt like I was put on a blacklist (more on this to follow). 4. I decided to go in person to address the issue. That was when the dealer that sold me the vehicle recognized me and asked “Did Nathan call you?”. With hopes high, I was expecting the best case scenario was that my car was delivered but they forgot to call. 5. In reality, they “forgot” to call me to tell me that they had sold the car that I placed a security deposit down on to someone else. So I guess my questions are: If you knew that the car was sold and that Nathan was supposed to call me why didn’t I receive that phone call? Why wasn’t anyone answering my phone calls when I tried to get in touch with the dealership and the dealer? Was it because they aware of their “accidental mistake” and didn’t want to have to deal with me? Here is what I think happened: They found a buyer who would pay more for the vehicle so they sold it to them instead even though I signed paper work, had my credit ran, put a security deposit down and applied for financing. They didn’t want to have to tell me the news or give me my money back so they blacklisted my phone number and we’re avoiding calling me altogether. Don’t go to this shady dealership. Especially don’t do business with Nathan Carbone or Tamer Ibrahim. More
I would definitely recommend Paul Harden III. Paul is great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent Service and we had a great buying experience! great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent Service and we had a great buying experience! More
Unethical. Salesman was great. Todd is the man. That is where this ends. Finance will slip in hidden fees listed as "packages". They will never even tell you it is in there; the lack of transparency is where this ends. Finance will slip in hidden fees listed as "packages". They will never even tell you it is in there; the lack of transparency is concerning. Ask for a breakdown because this dealership WILL ADD ON EXTRAS WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. I have never seen such blatant deceitfulness in sales. Check all your costs before you sign; do not make the mistake I did. If you catch the lies, which you will, walk out the door. More
Paul Hardin, sales and Sarah Hager in finance provided outstanding customer service and financial expertise with great options, These two are definitely an asset to you Larson team/agency! If I where in outstanding customer service and financial expertise with great options, These two are definitely an asset to you Larson team/agency! If I where in charge, I would give them a pay raise/increase and promotion!! There was a third person by the name Rafa, he came in later in the deal, not sure if he was sales or finance he assisted in lease and purchase options with my wife. Overall Paul Hardin and Sarah Hager are awesome professionals!! More
I purchased a Rav4 trd off road from Larson Toyota. Paul Hardin went above and beyond over several week and 2 visits to get my wife and I in the exact car that we needed for our growing family. I recommend Hardin went above and beyond over several week and 2 visits to get my wife and I in the exact car that we needed for our growing family. I recommend working with Paul specifically if you shop at Larson Toyota of Tacoma. He was upfront about the pros and cons of all the options we were looking at, and helped us negotiate the exact price we were wiling to pay with is GM. I do however want to mention that I can't stand the finance process. I was pre-approved for financing with capital one so that part was easy. The part that was frustrating is trying to get through all of the paperwork at 9pm, and the finance person being unable to read the room that my pregnant wife and I just wanted to go home and was not interested in what he was selling. I understand it was his job, but he would not take no for an answer and we ended up being in the finance office for over an hour. I think it's an industry standard to upsell as much as possible when closing on a car, and it makes the process unbearable. I recommend this dealer to revisit this side of their business and try to make the process enjoyable for their customers. Please don't take the above commend against Paul. He deserves a raise for how great he was during the selection process. More
Wanted a Toyota Tacoma - researched online and did the build & price. Was contacted by sales person who I made appt with to test drive a similar vehicle - same model, drivetrain, etc. She texts earlier in build & price. Was contacted by sales person who I made appt with to test drive a similar vehicle - same model, drivetrain, etc. She texts earlier in the day to remind me of 6PM appt. I confirm. Arrive early - she had gone home @5PM - 1st red flag. Speak with Dustan who says we dont have any Tacoma like that here, so I test drive one with same drivetrain. We talk over prices..I come back the next day and place deposit on negotiated price (invoice). Deposit was made Feb 10, 2021. Dustan states, youll have a VIN in about 2 to 3 weeks, truck should be here in about 45 days. Call Dustan after the 3 weeks to see if indeed a VIN was provided, no call back no text. Called again from a different number, he picks up then says no we didnt get it allocated this time. Allocations go out twice a month. So I wait another 15 days, no response to text, email, phone calls. Finally after trying yet another # reception gets him, he says no havent heard anything. After another allocation goes out I try reaching him again, no response. Call and ask for sales manager - I get Alex, he says order was put in but no truck - hard color to get (cement). I wait another 15 days, text Dusatn - His exact response "Hey Bro, Im slammed here, been busy". Would have taken less effort to say "No truck allocated yet". That was the last text ever received from Dustan, phone calls were not returned either. Now after 2 months I talk to Alex - sales manager who says, the technology package you wanted doesnt seem to be available on the truck you wanted unless you increase the order to a TRD level. In my opinion if the Toyota build and price allowed for you to add, and your dealership allowed you to order - wouldnt you know this wasnt an option? So now your telling me 2 months have been wasted for ordering a truck that wasnt even available? I looked at other dearlerships on line..truck WAS available with this option just not the color I was looking for. Alex stated he had found my truck but in California, he said he knew the guys there and would probably be able to trade with them. Hed let Dusatn know, I stated he doesnt return calls, texts, so he stated hed call back. Nothing..Now its been 3 months, called and asked for General Manager Bobby Lynn - said he was on a call would call me right back..No response. Called the next day asked for General Manager..said I was being transferred - sales manager Steve was on the call - explained the issue..he then stated, oh that same truck is for sale in Salem, OR but thats probably too far right? I said no, I will go this weekend and get it. He stated its hard for us to trade now so youd need to call and work out a deal. I called and it was a pre sale. They stated this was ordered a month and a half ago...Yes, Ive been waiting now 3 months but nothing. Steve stated I have been put to the #1 position for allocated cars/trucks..I questioned what that meant, was I # 75 before or what? Why is this a priority now? After waiting another allocation cycle (15) days I call and ask for General Manager Bobby Lynn..again take my number - no return call. Call next day, same issue...Next day I call and ask for Alex, Steve, anyone with a pulse who can help, no return call. I find my exact truck I was looking for at Vancouver Toyota, I call that dealership and again it was pre sold they said approx 60 days ago..I am now approaching 4 months in. I call again to speak to a manager wanting to know why other dealerships have no issues in getting this particular truck in but you cannot? I speak to Alex who I ask if he can trade with the dealership knowing that the truck was not available. He says he is texting them now while Im on the call, says he isnt getting a response, he will call me right back. I get a call from Dustan hours later, "they arent willing to trade that vehicle, said they are too high in demand" - again I already know this vehicle want even available. I ask Dustan why is it, other dealerships can get the truck, but yours cannot? Bro we can cancel the order, you can get your money back. I stated getting my money back doesnt help me at this point, Ive been waiting over 4 months for this truck. I asked again why are other dealerships able to get this and yours cannot, is it an ordering issue or ? His response, what do you want me to do - Have a good day, then hung up.. I called the dealership an cancelled the order..asked both the sales manager and Dustan for a copy of return of funds..no response. It was credited to my account. Worst ever experience in buying a vehicle. In my opinion, dealership inventory became limited and prices have increased, they didnt want to honor the price we negotiated so it was an easy OUT for them to say nope we didnt get it in and knew Id go elsewhere. Honor your deal you made! Also, communicate with your customer, not once did I ever have someone reach out to me with status, I always had to be the one chasing someone down. More

Well, to add to my review from about a week ago. SO...I took my new (used) truck back to the dealer so that they could show me this intuitive brake controller. CARMEN states "you just plug in the trailer a took my new (used) truck back to the dealer so that they could show me this intuitive brake controller. CARMEN states "you just plug in the trailer and the truck knows it's there and knows when to apply the brakes to the trailer" Sorry CARMEN you obviously have NEVER towed a trailer or probably any vehicle at that. After a 2 hour fight with a manager and another sales person/manager that agreed with her I was able to get an after market trailer brake put in my truck. Jeffery (the service manager that I was GOING to give him a shout out too but he has not followed up as he said he would) ANYWAY....he did AGREE with me that there was no trailer brake what so ever on this truck. We also had a great discussion about the safety issues of this. My trailer is only about 3600 pounds but can you imagine what may have happened to a nice family with their new 6800 pound trailer that they have never driven before coming down a mountain pass needing to stop in an emergency....CARMEN this could be you with your family trusting someone like you and your whole family dead because they trusted the salesperson knew what they were talking about. That could be a really bad outcome and a law suite if you ask me!! AND she had at least two others agreeing with her!! Anyhow....My other request was follow-up on the Satellite radio and my second key...nothing!! (Jeffery in service) AND...no phone calls from anyone for an apology, "you were right"....NOTHING!! Still angry and do not recommend this place at all. More
