HORRIBLE experience with the Finance Specialist/Advisor "ANDY". After spending about 6 hours with the Sales Representative, when it came time to close out all the Finance paperwork, "ANDY" was EXTREMELY RU "ANDY". After spending about 6 hours with the Sales Representative, when it came time to close out all the Finance paperwork, "ANDY" was EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. As we were going over all the numbers (Selling Price, APR, Taxes, etc.), his tone and demeanor was VERY CONDESCENDING, treating me as if I was an IDIOT and an INCONVIENENCE. "ANDY" was UNABLE to answer any of my questions or help me understand what we were going over. I became EXTREMELY FRUSTATED with how he continued to talk to me that I ended up raising my voice back to him. At my surprise, he responded that "he wasn't going to allow me to talk to him like that" when at he was DISRESPECTFUL at the moment we entered his office! I cannot explain the level of FRUSTRATION i had that I left the building with NO INTENTIONS on returning. I also had my Wife (who just arrived) drive up to sign our Pre-Approved Check. I DID NOT care if I left the dealership without the vehicle. THAT is how UPSET I was with how "ANDY" was treating me. Dustin (Sales MGR) came out to try and resolve it. I can tell you that Dustin was able to put my frustration at ease and offered that I close out with David (in the other building). Considering that all of this happened at the very moment I stepped into ANDY's office, the amount of EFFORT the Sales Team invested would have all been for nothing. Although the vehicle may have been sold the next day, ANDY has left that experience and impression on my family and I. I would STRONGLY recommend that David or any other Finance Agent close out, rather than ANDY, and re-train ANDY in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other than that, EXCELLENT job with Steffon (Sales Rep.), Dustin (Sales MGR), and David! More
It was a fun experience for my daughter and I as it was her first car. Felipe was very knowledgeable of the cars in the lot and his customer service was off the charts. I would recommend anyone looking for her first car. Felipe was very knowledgeable of the cars in the lot and his customer service was off the charts. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to come her and ask for Felipe. More
I signed up through Consumer Reports for the true car car offer service. Received an offer on a 21 Camry SXE. It was an offer to sell the vehicle, identified by VIN number, for specific all inclusive price offer service. Received an offer on a 21 Camry SXE. It was an offer to sell the vehicle, identified by VIN number, for specific all inclusive price. The offer stated it expired on on a specific day about a week later. I made up my mind to buy the vehicle. On Friday, I e-mailed and called the dealership to confirm that the car was still available for that price. I asked for an out the door price, including sales tax and licensing. I did not receive a meaningful response. On Saturday I again called the dealership. I spoke to a salesman, gave him the VIN number, and asked him to confirm it was still available for purchase. After a few minutes, he called back and confirmed. I then asked for confirmation of the price (except for tax and license), actually e-mailing the salesperson a copy of the true car offer e-mailed to me. The salesperson again called me back to confirm they would honor that price. I told the salesperson I would be paying cash, with no trade, and asked about paying by personal check. The salesperson told me they would need to check my credit score, but as long as it exceeded 700 (which it does), that they would accept a personal check. I told him I lived about 45 minutes away. We agreed that I would come in about 90 minutes later for me to finish out the purchase. I arrived as scheduled. I test drove the car; that went fine. The salesperson had me fill out and sign the necessary paperwork, and sign to have the credit check performed. I had my check all filled out (except for amount, because they still hadn't told me the final price once tax and license fees were added). The salesperson disappeared. She came back and told me that we had to move to a new desk in a different building to complete the transaction. We did. She sat us down, and left. After a time, a manager came in. He said they were in the process of selling the car to the people at the desk next to us. He claimed they had come in first, and that as long as they completed the transaction, the car would be sold to them. He left, and we were left sitting there. We could hear the salesperson at the next desk pressuring the people he was talking to, telling them someone else was there wanting to buy the vehicle if they chose not to close. He successfully pressured them to sign the lease agreement they had worked out. We got up to leave. The salesperson came back. We expressed how upset we were about what had happened. As we were leaving, I asked her how much the people next door had agreed to pay for the car. The answer--$1500 more. It became clear that the manager had just lied to us, and that the only reason they were not honoring the offer made to us was because they could make an extra $1500 selling it to someone else. As far as I am concerned, we received an offer, the offer stated without any qualification that it remained open until 9/29, and we accepted that offer. By accepting their offer, we ended their ability to reject our offer and take someone else's offer. So they are going to get sued. The experience we had with this dealership epitomizes why so many absolutely detest car dealers. This dealer proved to be COMPLETELY unethical. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you do not do business with them. Completely unethical dealership who believe in screwing over customers. I had a put a deposit on a sienna with guarantee of msrp plus taxes. Waited for the car to arrive for 8 weeks. Showed up at the deale over customers. I had a put a deposit on a sienna with guarantee of msrp plus taxes. Waited for the car to arrive for 8 weeks. Showed up at the dealer and they had slipped in $12k of Larson accessories package cost. When I asked wasn’t there a contractual obligation to respect my deposit and what they consistently told throughout 8 weeks that’s they are not going to mark up the car. They employed a completely deceitful strategy of slipping in “package costs” which were not discussed at all throughout the 8 weeks. They did that on the day when I was about to pick up the car. An additional package cost of $12k. To make the matters worse they agreed to bring down the package cost to $4k, took my signature and then come back and say they can’t do that and again increase the complete deceitful package cost to $7k. The dealership prioritizes Greed over customer experience and loyalty. They have a sign in the dealership called “Everything matters”. Not a single word of that is true. Greed and unethical attitude of this dealership won during my experience. And I walked away. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
We placed a deposit on a 2021 LTD Hybrid Rav4 in early august. We knew the wait could be long because of production delays. But we had very specific desires for the car and we’re not in any hurry. Mean august. We knew the wait could be long because of production delays. But we had very specific desires for the car and we’re not in any hurry. Meanwhile we got approved for the loan with our credit Union. During the wait communication from our sales person, Rafael Vasquez, was very limited. He never returned any phone calls. He eventually started returning text messages. But was dodgy about the numbers and paperwork we needed for the bank. The day the vehicle came I had to work a long shift. My wife went down to the dealership by herself to get the paperwork. She’s very uncomfortable in these types of situations but was excited to get her new car. She went down to the dealership at 2 o’clock. For the next three hours they gave her the run around about the trade in and convinced her that they could do better on the rate so she should apply with them. After the banks were closed they admitted they couldn’t do better and told her they couldn’t get us approved. Our scores are in the 690s, our household income is over 160k and it was going to be our only car payment. This didn’t add up. I went down there at 7:30 pm after my wife had been there for 5 hours and magically they were willing to use our bank's approval. We signed and left exhausted. The next morning we realized that they didn’t include our deposit in any of the figures and that we did not get any work orders for the after market additions we asked for. Those however were included in the price. I called that day and they said they would get it all straightened out. Later on that day I get a call from the finance department stating that my credit union wouldn’t honor the approval but that they got us approved somewhere else at a better rate. At this point I just want to be done and cheaper is ok. So we resigned. They gave us the work order paperwork and said the deposit would be refunded back to our checking account. I spoke to my bank and they said that there was never any communication from the dealership. I don’t know who is telling the truth and I don’t care. But it just feels shady. The following week we get a call from maintenance that our aftermarket equipment is in and they’re ready to install. I asked how long it would take and they said a couple hours. My wife took it in on the scheduled day and when she got there was told it could take a day or so. She asked for a loaner and was told they would call her when one was available so she should leave and come back. For the next four hours she waited for the call. It never came. After work that day I discovered they were calling me. Eventually she went in and just asked for them to do their jobs. Today we picked up the car. To our disappointment our brand new $51,000 car is scratched in several places. Someone at the service department scraped it against something. No one said anything of course. They just hoped we wouldn’t notice. We also discovered that the all weather mat in the back was missing. My wife was told by the service advisor that we didn’t order one and that it would cost more money. Because we have dogs, it was the only mat we had asked for! They refused to itemize the upgrades on the paperwork and charged us more than $300 for than they are listed for on the website. Stating “install costs” And worst of all the tow hitch we ordered as part of the purchase that you installed looks like it was done in someone’s backyard by a bunch of teenagers. It’s awful. In addition to all of this we still have not gotten our deposit refund. Before we purchased this car we had done months of research. After a lifetime of being cheap and getting much cheaper or used cars this was going to be my wife’s perfect car. We had to wait to test drive several hybrid cars because of the virus and production issues. The rav4 kept coming out on top though. What was supposed to be a really special purchase has turned into a nightmare. More

WONT REIMBURSE M have them pay me to go to a independent detail shop because their in house detail shop can't figure it out) AND WITH SAFETY ISSUES! WONT REIMBURSE ME ONLY $540 FOR BRAKES! BRIAN JOHNSON SAIDS ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! LOL OBVIOUSLY IT IS! SUCH A BIG COMPANY CANT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES! I have to edit my review I bought my van July 22nd and a couple weeks later the van was shaking so bad I had to take it to a shop to have it checked out. I was scared my tires were going to fall off. I took it to a shop to find out the rotors were severely warped. I had to replace all the brakes. $540 I have emailed Larson cares with no response. I don't know who to email or call since no one answers. I have done the live chat a few times and have been told someone will get a hold of me. I'm not going to take my car back to Larson's since they already did a safety inspection supposedly before they sold this van and there's no way this thing passed a safety inspection. This is a safety issue I need someone to respond to. You have my number and email. Please contact me. More

Trevor Sandison in finance is a professional scam artist, told him no repeatedly for warrant and maintenance he found a way to make us think we were not buying them, then when we discovered what he had done told him no repeatedly for warrant and maintenance he found a way to make us think we were not buying them, then when we discovered what he had done upon reviewing paperwork at home, we called, he dodged calls over and over, and eventually tried explaining that it didn't matter because our payment didn't change. I'm sorry I'm not an idiot he charged us almost 4000 dollars for maintenance and warranty after I signed a paper declining it. More
Ok. Let me say first.. the salesman was outstanding. On the other hand, his sales manager or was NOT. First off.. the used car was almost $5,000 more than the new one. The manager tried to justify it by sa the other hand, his sales manager or was NOT. First off.. the used car was almost $5,000 more than the new one. The manager tried to justify it by saying there is no stock and used cars go for more. Second, they PROMISED NOT to run the credit. They did anyways.. even before I got numbers.
