Took Dwight Dillon (and according to him, his sales manager and GSM) 4 days to decide they were going to charge me $9k more than MSRP for a vehicle I wanted and lowball my trade. Worst service I have ever received at Toyota, I’ve been a Toyota owner for about 10 years. I brought my truck (2019 Tacoma) in for some recalls, drivetrain check up/ warranty and a warning light that showed Toyota owner for about 10 years. I brought my truck (2019 Tacoma) in for some recalls, drivetrain check up/ warranty and a warning light that showed up on my dash regarding the passenger seat sensor. The recalls were for a fuel pump and the third break light that leaks water into the truck. They fixed the fuel pump with no problem, however when it was time to fix the third break light they broke it and tried to blame it on me. I am the first owner of the truck and no one ever worked on that light, they broke it and didn’t replace it. They didn’t even look at the sensors on the passenger seat sensor, they just deleted the code and called it a day. For the drivetrain of the truck I asked them to check because the transmission was shifting rough they said they could not replicate it and there was nothing they could do, also I shared some concerns regarding water being in the rear differential, they did not check that at all, and the truck is still under warranty. The truck has been in the dealership for almost a week, and my problem has not been resolved, i keep truing to contact them and the phone “magically” hangs up, so i went and called toyota customer service, they said it would take 24hrs to hear back from the dealership, its been 3 days and nothing. Im very disappointed. More

Price gouging like everyone who has posted has clearly started. There are our dealerships that don't do this. Majority of used vehicles has damage history- see Carfax used car website. Non responsive, deceptive and very very shady. Definitely go elsewhere. Do your research and don't become a sucker. Can't over state that. More
Service Department is terrible. Had appointment at 1:00 PM for oil change. Arrived 12:45 and was told that was a two to three wait time. Drove in from Eatonville. When I ask to speak to Service Manager, PM for oil change. Arrived 12:45 and was told that was a two to three wait time. Drove in from Eatonville. When I ask to speak to Service Manager, was told he was out of building . Left message for him and also for General Manager. We are going on day day 5 and so far no calls from them. I think they had enough time to give me a call and cancel. More
I had an AMAZING experience at this Toyota dealership. I felt so welcomed and listened to. Joey Geraci was the most caring and helpful person. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any dealership. If you come here, you will be 100% be helped in the best way this guys know how to help you. They listen to you and they go out of their way for you. I would give them more stars but I can’t. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING. Thank you Joey, you were wonderful! More
