My salesman was the most efficient, professional engaging of the many vehicle purchases I have made. I was told I could wait in the "more comfortable waiting area while he spoke w/Finace. The chairs were old of the many vehicle purchases I have made. I was told I could wait in the "more comfortable waiting area while he spoke w/Finace. The chairs were old, worn out, all had a dried white liquid dripped down the front of them, most missing upholstery buttons. Mentioning solely as after seeing the random items that were magically added to the vehicle purchase; one thousand dollars spent on their "more comfortable" waiting room could go a long way to upgrade to a more high end illusion. Met w/the F&I Rep, all fine & dandy until you don't want to buy a warranty. Like it is your first car purchase and you don't have a clue what you need; or how much they make off warranties; or that you are purchasing a vehicle WITH a warranty. Also told me the 'chips go out in most things with all these new electronics. According to my cars warranty, the dealership will be replacing it. Also told me the key alone is $800, if it goes out. Apparently, she hasn't priced replacements; they are appros $150. Treated very cooly once you decline a warranty. Despite the tens of thousands you just signed for the vehicle purchase! The night of purchase, salesman took a lot of time and went over most of the computer nuances with me, connected my blutooth, explained add on bonus' etc... While we were sitting, him explaining things in detail, my trade-in was sitting beside us. The Finance Rep kept coming out interrupting us to: ask where the keys to my old vehicle were; continued to interrupt us to ask me various things about my vehicle, etc.... She had decided she was going to keep it herself. It was 10pm and the salesman & myself were exhausted; while this womans only focus was on how my great trade in could be hers. It made MY purchase handoff even lengthier. It was inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately for me, my salesman left for another career within days of my purchase. He had already submitted my info for scheduling their mandated (at your expense) cilijet coating & front window tinting to match back (whether you want it or not). Called after a week and another sales rep said they would look into it and get back to me; crickets.... Second call, same thing.....Call Mario, the Internet Rep who I had corresponded with early on; said no worries, I will take car of it; same.... No Response. (The car was paid for and gone, they had incentive to make sure pre-paid service add-ons are completed). Finally weeks later, spoke w/Ryan Reynolds, not the salesman who sold me the care but the ONLY person who followed through on anything. I was told no worries, we will give you a loaner. I get there and find "they didn't have loaners that day" and arranged an Enterprise rental (they covered) per contract. They rented a care w/out asking my needs. I spent 2 hrs at Enterprise working it out. On my paperwork for the pre-paid work; I was asked to sign paperwork that said "Customer Request" (and listed the work done). I specifically requested to opt out of the added work, added expense to the car that this dealership "insisted each car that drove off their lot had done." I get it, the clearcoat is a protectant but please do not indicate that it was the Customer that requested you making this effort; it wasn't; it was mandatory & paid for in advance by the customer. The moral of the story is the dealerships satisfaction with their sale. The more you know, the less you want to be manipulated.; you are no fun. Fortunately they had a couple Sales reps that had integrity. Paul Harden & Ryan Reynolds have my respect & thanks. More
Set up an appt for 2 recalls about 10 days out. So not only did they NOT call me before I came in from out of town but I lost a day of work. Now I'll have to take another day off, they said parts should be in. It's now 2 weeks later and no call from dealership yet. This dealership cost me over $300 for my missed day of work for a recall that should have only cost me gas to get there, and actually now will cost me another $300 for the next day I'll have to take off. And their "oh sorry" certainly didn't sound like they were. Will never do business with this place EVER!! You can call Toyota of Puyallup which I decided to switch to, excellent service all around. Oh yeah, and they offered me a free loaner because they said the 2 recalls would take all day. Tacoma dealer never even mentioned the time frame, nor offered a loaner. Do yourself a favor and "STEER AWAY" from this place!!!! More
I dealt with Rob Miller. When I first met him, he seemed like he didn’t even care about what was happen. My goal was to trade in my 2019 STI for a Tacoma. They marked $8k ove When I first met him, he seemed like he didn’t even care about what was happen. My goal was to trade in my 2019 STI for a Tacoma. They marked $8k over asking and undercut my trade in by $3k. I asked to get rid of their “$8k LAP package” and they said they would but they would knock off $8k off my trade in. I got a see-saw analogy of it has to be even but it’s not even close to being even if it’s slammed down on their side. When I was leaving Rob gave me my car keys and said “Here you go” and walked off. When I left the office, they parked my car in a different area and Rob didn’t even tell me and I HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR MY OWN CAR. They don’t care about you and I would not recommend going here. More
Can't give less than 1 star. Why have calendar to schedule oil change if you can't follow it. Over 3 hours to do oil change and tire rotation. When we asked to provide necessary documents for the car purchase, it was only upon multiple insistent requests were we able to obtain the necessary documents. Also he was not knowledgeable in the financing procedures. To cover up his ignorance, he became extremely insulting and accused us of asking information that simply did not exist. He was very demeaning and we were shocked that paying customers were treated that way. We will never return to this dealership again and am happy to bring our business elsewhere. More

They are all about adding low value, high margin add-ons to your purchase. Just say no. Also, their 5 day hassle free return policy is garbage. Find another dealership.
