We spent almost three hours at this dealer and when we finally decided to purchase, the car we decided on mysteriously "disappeared" from their inventory! This was after they clearly were not happy with the deal they agreed to with us. After this happened, instead of trying to make it right or trying to find another vehicle, they said, "Sorry, we can't help you." They also said their managers "didn't want to go and look for one" for us. How do you lose a car from your lot? They lack customer service, integrity and honesty. We will not be back. More
My overall impression of Larson Toyota of Tacoma went down the drain when the General Sales Manager insulted one of my family members for not agreeing to continue with the sale. I have never met such a down the drain when the General Sales Manager insulted one of my family members for not agreeing to continue with the sale. I have never met such a rude and unprofessional salesman. Unfortunately, they definitely lost two potential customers' business. Later in the afternoon, we took our business to a Toyota dealership in Renton (who had very professional and friendly salesmen who were willing to negotiate fairly). I will make sure that all of my contacts will hear about this experience. More
Its unfortunate that a couple people can ruin it for everyone but..I bought a Corolla from here and was given two keys for the car. A few months later I lost the key I always used and found out that my everyone but..I bought a Corolla from here and was given two keys for the car. A few months later I lost the key I always used and found out that my spare didn't work. I was stranded in Seattle and was told in order to get service, the car had to be at a dealership. I had it towed to Toyota of Seattle, (Great Experience there). The tech took a look and ended up having to program the key to start the car as according to the paperwork the key was never programmed to start my car. I had to pay 1hr service for this at the tune of $120. I then proceeded to Toyota of Tacoma to ask for a fair reimbursement. I was told to talk to Pete Lewandowski and asked where I could find him. I was told by the sales staff that he was out but would be right back. I waited 20 mins and saw a gentleman enter but was not sure if it was Pete. I waited another 20 mins before approaching my self and asking him who he was. Nobody in the sales booth had bother to tell me he was here or tell him that I was looking for him. Long conversation short, Pete told me that he didn't want to pay for another dealer's service and that also he wasn't obligated by law to give me two keys upon purchase. I lost the working key and that was my problem so he wasn't going to pay! I told him that was unfair and crappy service and that other people would think the same and he said "I don't care what other people think, Iv made my decision". The guy was very rude and very demeaning. It was the worst experience ever. More
I saw a vehicle on their website and asked for more information. Dana called me to answer all of my questions. I set up a time to drive the car and was surprised that it was parked up front for me, had information. Dana called me to answer all of my questions. I set up a time to drive the car and was surprised that it was parked up front for me, had a full tank of gas, and basically looked like a brand new car! I didn't have to haggle with them on the price, they gave me a competitive trade in value on my car, and showed me several payment and financing options. These two were so easy to work with! I will recommend this duo to my friends, family, and co-workers any day! More
I would never, ever buy from this dealer again. I've been pretty good at dealing and buying cars in the past but here I got completely ripped off. I never felt so much cheated before. They threw in a been pretty good at dealing and buying cars in the past but here I got completely ripped off. I never felt so much cheated before. They threw in a lot of tricks and I ended up with no bargain on the price of the used vehicle I got. They took my 2003 BMW for $6,500, and a few days later I was told by the very finance manager that they will put a price tag of $12,000 on the BMW. Yeah, he was proud of his winning over me. More
I was there for a 30,000 mile tune up on a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner. No one greeted me, I had to go initiate contact. The staff (4) at the service room were chatting with each other ignoring me. When I req 4-Runner. No one greeted me, I had to go initiate contact. The staff (4) at the service room were chatting with each other ignoring me. When I requested a shuttle drop off to my work a few minutes drive away. They told me that they are short and do not have the time to drop me off. Also, no one called me regarding the progress of the service being done. I had to call later that day and found out that the service was finished a few hours ago. To finish off a terrible experience, no one talked to me about what was done and the cashier did not smile or establish eye contact with me. Truly horrible! More
