This dealership sold me something that isn't made! They then subcontracted with a company who essentially ruined by new car and I'm stuck with it! The manager Tom Todak was a total jerk to deal with! They then subcontracted with a company who essentially ruined by new car and I'm stuck with it! The manager Tom Todak was a total jerk to deal with! He tried using intimidation, manipulative techniques, lies upon more lies, and aggressive posturing. Shame on you Toyota for hiring a man like this! And shame on you Larson that I had to go to a corporate Toyota level to find relief. More
Service is horrible. They do not fix what the issue is. They damage your vehicle and won't return calls or emails. Poor service. Would never buy from them again! They damage your vehicle and won't return calls or emails. Poor service. Would never buy from them again! More
I'm very pleased for David Butler and all the crew of Larson Toyota Of Tacoma. My experience with them are absolutely excellent and they really give me the right service I need. I never felt so happy and Larson Toyota Of Tacoma. My experience with them are absolutely excellent and they really give me the right service I need. I never felt so happy and comfortable talking and dealing with them. And also they never let me go home without smilling on my face living with the best car I liked. They did everything to help me even my carloan and it was very low rate that I never expected I could have. There are so many good things about them being proffesional people... I really recommend them as one of the best dealers in the united state. I will guarantee that you will not regret to buy your dream car with them. Thank you very much for helping me guys! More

I have bought four cars from Larson Toyota, Each experience is better than the previous. After the deal was completed, I felt as though the salesman's was working for me and my best interest. I am having a very poor experience with this dealership lasting over a month and a half. I went to them to get a new smart key after mine had been stolen. $239.70 later I received a smart key that would no lasting over a month and a half. I went to them to get a new smart key after mine had been stolen. $239.70 later I received a smart key that would not work and no cut key to the door. They then told me to get the key to be "smart" would cost over $400. I was so upset I just took the key and left. I was promised the cut key in the mail as they did not have the facilities to cut a key and had to send it out. One month later still no cut key. I called and they said the order had not gone out to make the key but they would send another order out. I called last week and they said they had the key but did not know they were suppose to mail it. I asked them to mail it over night mail as we were going on a trip and I wanted this resolved before we left. One week later no cut key.I submitted a formal complaint over a week ago and have not received a reply. I am very sorry I went to this dealership. More
This companies salesmen attempted to sell me a vehicle with the end price of a little under $11k with an estimated 30% interest rate. Granted i did not have any credit, quite literally, i had only signed with the end price of a little under $11k with an estimated 30% interest rate. Granted i did not have any credit, quite literally, i had only signed up for a credit card only 8 days before. However i am military as an airman. Once i walked away from that deal the man that i had dealt with called me and told me of a better deal. His offer was $202 a month with 9.99% interest rate for 60 months with $500 down. This is the best rate for no credit so i was naturally swayed back to them. He proceeded to tell me the details and they wanted a photo copy of my cac card (military identification card) and a copy of my social security card. After explaining that it was illegal to copy in any manner of the cac as referred to in Title 18, US code part 1, chapter 33, section 701, and is punishable by a fine and, or imprisonment up to but is not limited to 6 months. i offered to give him a copy of my letter of employment. As for the social security card i was hesitant to do so, however i had little concern of a major company having any interest of stealing my identity. After discussing this i drove to the dealership and was told to supply my cac card for a photo copy. After showing them said form they were determined to get my cac. Needless to say i did not buy the vehicle from this dealership. I would also like to say i would not recommend them to anyone and strongly discourage any military member to do so. More
I bought a 2005 Maxima.David Butler was very friendly and attentive. On our way home though an alarming shifting problem occurred. It was as I describe as a violent downshift. Also there is no cooling from the aircon.I talked to David and he was concerned and asked me to bring it back.I might add that I did not purchase a warranty.I just feel when a dealer has a reputation on the line they will make it right and I am counting on that. I have an appointment with service as they found the same problem I described on test drive....Thanks Tori and Lucas. STAY TUNED!! I am trying to sell my Toyota Sienna and Larson's was one of the Toyota dealers I contacted. Tom was very patronizing and treated me like I was an idiot. As a female PhD computer scientist I am not an idio of the Toyota dealers I contacted. Tom was very patronizing and treated me like I was an idiot. My immediate as well as extended family all drive toyotas we love the vehicles and will continue to drive and buy toyotas. There are no better vehicles on the road. This experience at Larson Toyota was by fa we love the vehicles and will continue to drive and buy toyotas. There are no better vehicles on the road. This experience at Larson Toyota was by far our worst experience with any Toyota dealerships. The "brand new" vehicle we were promised was to be delivered from another location with no more than 130 miles on the car as per stated on the odometer disclosure agreement and by the salesmen. When we received the car it had over 515 miles. We wanted a new car and received a demo. Also the interior was dirty apon delivery. When we approached the GM Tom Todak about the excess miles he was unfriendly and unprofessional stating it was no longer his problem. The odometer agreement numbers were changed after the deposit was paid before delivery which left us with a "bait and switch" feeling about the vehicle. We reached out to him multiple times as well as other managers even the owner Robert Larson and still never received calls back. In my opinion that is very poor customer service and I will not be returning to Larson motor group for another car or even service for this vehicle. Just to reiterate I love my new Toyota and will always drive toyotas, but we will not return to Larson due to this very poor experience. More
