Last year we bought a new Toyota Highlander. We were so pleased with the purchase and a low keyed atmosphere that we just bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma. He not only explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle, but again assisted today to obtain some after market items for the truck. He really goes to bat for the customer!!!! We went in to purchase a used high end Avalon using USAA auto buy. Austin was very helpful & friendly on our test drive answering all of our questions.
