Then, he really took the time with us until we were comfortable with all of our available options and found the perfect car for us. Unlike many customer service experiences that I've had where once I've made my purchase, the company isn't concerned about my needs/concerns anymore, Larson Toyota takes the time to follow up with me and check in on how I am liking my vehicle. Any questions that I have are promptly responded to and they make sure that I am satisfied. All of the team members I've worked with, including the service team (Anita, Randee and Robin), to the guys completing my warranty service appointments, have provided me with exceptional, one-of-a-kind customer service. But by far, Joe has gone above and beyond in taking care of me and my new vehicle. Joe has definitely exceeded my expectations in solving any problems, and has consistently been there for me as a customer. Joe is truly a wonderful, geniune salesperson and it is evident that when you are a customer of his, he will do whatever he can to take care of you, as he has done for me. I will always be a customer of Larson Toyota and will always purchase my vehicles through Joe. I went in not knowing exactly what car I wanted and when I met Austin he was was easy to talk to and we kinda both came to the the same conclusion,that the Subaru was the best fit for me because of its vers I met Austin he was was easy to talk to and we kinda both came to the the same conclusion,that the Subaru was the best fit for me because of its versatility. Brian was very friendly and helpful while I was looking for a car. I had been in an accident and needed to find something fast. I came in to test drive a Tacoma. Brian and Pete were very friendly and knowledgable about the products. I really appreciated David's help. He took what I was looking for very seriously and was concerned I had a car that fit my needs. I was not particularly impressed with the dealership itself because I felt pressured to buy the minute I walked into the doors. I left feeling very dissatisfied. I came in to look one more time a couple days later when I was approached by Michael Sims. Michael, from the beginning was very genuine and personable. He knew a lot about the cars located at the dealership and which ones would fit in my price range. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles unlike the first dealer I had talked to previously. He knew what monthly payment I could afford and really worked to keep my car purchase in budget. I appreciate the way in which he understood my financial needs and worked with me to get me a great vehicle in the price range I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Toyota Corolla from Michael and had an amazing experience from initial looks, test drive, configuring of a fair price, and finally moving into financing my vehicle. Michael won me over with his upbeat personality, high energy, honesty, and integrity. You will know from the moment you meet him that he has your best interest in mind and will get you out the door with a great deal. For him it is about building a relationship and client base. I, without a doubt, would recommend working with Michael Sims for any future purchase of a new or used vehicle. Any location would be lucky to have him on their sales floor. I'm taking the time to post this review because I am so impressed with my recent experience purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma. I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership and more specifically work so impressed with my recent experience purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma. I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership and more specifically working with Andrew McDougall. I started my sales process online with Andrew, and he was extremely quick to respond to my initial questions and provide all the details I needed to make a decision to make the long trip down to Tacoma from Kirkland to look at trucks. (there are many other dealerships much closer to me, but I was very impressed with Andrew's online demeanor and speed in getting back to me, so we took the day to go to Tacoma) When I arrived at the dealership, I knew the vehicle I wanted, had my financing in place, (although the finance team- thank you DJ- secured a rate 1.25% better than mine) max payment/purchase price in mind, etc. so I wanted to move quickly and get this done. I let Andrew know upfront my time limitations and desire to move quickly, and instead of playing games he simply responded and worked his tail off to get everything set up within my limited time frame, which he did. The price negotiations were easy and straightforward. I feel like I got a good deal and the guys made money for their work. Win win. Nice and easy. Andrew even let me use his computer while we were waiting for the final paperwork to be drawn up so I could respond to a client who needed my help last minute. Awesome! DJ handled our financing and extended warranty process. I have purchased cars in the past and if you have as well you might be like me: I dread this part- the final signing where you go into the warranty folks office to hear about endless add-ons, buy this, buy that, add on this, check out this sweet protectant, etc. DJ certainly showed us extended warranty options (which we purchased) as well as some additional items, but didn't take all day about it and made the process simple and non-salesy. I appreciated this. Overall, an excellent experience and I got the exact vehicle I wanted. Nice job guys, thanks again! Saul and Cory Bailey More
