I walked in just looking into different options of trucks that were available. I met austin whitters who was one of the salesman that helped me find exactly what I was looking for with the right options and that were available. I recently had to deal with an unusual circumstance related to a car that my father-in-law just purchased. When I went into the dealership with my father-in-law we were greeted with warm smiles and hel related to a car that my father-in-law just purchased. When I went into the dealership with my father-in-law we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful attitudes from everyone we encountered. The people at Larson Toyota that we talked with, especially Joe and Trevor, were genuinely interested in helping us and provided a level of service that greatly exceeded all of our expectations. I can't thank Joe and Trevor and the other employees of Larson Toyota enough for making the visit by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I now understand why my father-in-law says Larson Toyota of Tacoma is his favorite place to go to buy a car. Thanks again!! More
Me and my wife went into the dealership looking for a used Prius. We were met by David Cowan with the first few minutes of looking around. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us a used car that they had just gotten in. The vehicle was clean, had low miles and had a fantastic price. Throughout the whole process of doing paperwork and talking to finance David kept me and my wife entertained while we waited. David was kind and helpful. We would recommend any friends or co workers that are looking for a car to go see David. You can ask him...I kept saying " this cant be this easy " because we got everything we were looking for and more. I really appreciate the help. Thanks David. More
Not actually there for service, but best option..I came in to pickup a vehicle for a lender that a customer returned. The vehicle was blocked in by another vehicle and I went to ask lot attendant for keys. in to pickup a vehicle for a lender that a customer returned. The vehicle was blocked in by another vehicle and I went to ask lot attendant for keys. He had no idea, he only has keys for new vehicles. Front desk lady, Molly, had no idea. So I waited 20 minutes at front desk for her and another female to locate keys, which were with the managers who sit in a glass office that is raised above showroom floor, like they are better than everyone else. I would never do any business with these people who can't even find a set of keys, how are they going to sell a car. These are the companies that make buying a car a huge pain!! More

We purchased a Tundra from this dealer several years ago and had a great experience so when we decided it was time to get rid of my old car and get a more fuel efficient car we went back. We had a very clear idea of the deal we wanted walking in and Drew and David made it happen. We are very happy with the deal we got and the cars. The cookies were an added perk! We wanted some detailing done and scheduled the appointments right away. The work done was well done, it was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the prices were reasonable as well. Overall we're very satisfied and would recommend this dealership. Our experiences thus far is that all the employees are great to work with, but David and Drew are extra great! More

He continues to encourage me to call him with any questions, and I have. If all salesmen were like him, the general population would not have such a low opinion of salesmen. More
The showroom is clean and one is greeted immediately by front staff. My salesman and I met on two occasions and he was reachable by phone. He was from start to finish: friendly, personable, genuine, honest, attentive and helpful, plus patient and on time per arranged visit. Food and beverage were readily offered and available while I was waiting, a nice touch. I felt no pressure during dialogue; I was helped to thoroughly understand the vehicle considered, my options, and questions by me were welcomed and addressed professionally. The test drive was very helpful (actually two) and led to more questions and answers, again helpful. He was very good at pointing out features that I didn't ask about as well because I didn't notice, but he also let me lead the Q & A when I needed to. In short I felt valued as a customer and confident in his understanding of the product, plus I never felt like he was just trying to impress me with his knowledge; it was always a spin off of what I was trying to understand. The Finance Manager, and my salesman, evinced a great deal of direct answering and integrity; straight talk with just the right touch of humor made the "offer and closing" portion (which I hate) as good as it can be, without the usual back and forth tactics I've experienced in some dealerships. The Finance Manager (Trevor) had sold me another car at a different dealership and he was the same: affable, extremely knowledgeable, fair, direct with answers, and efficient thus minimizing time required. Hes' as good as his word always and I recommend him highly. I also recommend David Cowen highly for his style, inclination and ability to help and listen, and he too is as good as his word and a great partner in the process. He even helped me offload all my gear from the trade in to the new car even though he was truly overtime. He then double checked the detail work on the new car and fixed things service had missed before I departed; he was a stickler for details from start to finish, to my advantage. I highly recommend Mr Cowan, Trevor Sandison, both for a good education and sales experience. I haven't yet experienced the service department so I can't comment, but this dealer offers free car washes on a drop in basis for all who buy a vehicle there, for the life of the vehicle, a real perk. All this adds up to "it was worth a 30 mile drive to this dealership". More
