As sleazy as it gets STAY AWAY Writing to save you from the horrible experience we had with these guys. After hours calling and emailing with them over price and logistics, we got a Writing to save you from the horrible experience we had with these guys. After hours calling and emailing with them over price and logistics, we got a price in writing we were happy with and drove an hour to the dealership to make it official and purchase the car. After hours of “the computer system is down so I can’t check inventory” to filling out all the paperwork and setting up financing, at the last minute they upped their price 2k, claiming they made some sort of error. So frustrating. So we walk out, and half way home they call and say oh right, they forgot to give us our drivers license back that they took to copy so we have to drive back and see them again, where they continue to try and sell the car for WAY more than they had told us in writing 12 hrs before they would sell it for. It was such a time sink my husband was late to a special outing my 4yo has been looking forward to and we were back to square one with a different (hopefully more honest) dealer. Treating people and their time like this shouldn’t be allowed More
New Toyota’s (Costco) x3 here My buy was awful, but Costco continues to work with them and the next 2 were better...but...Their service department is the WORST. Not only the workma My buy was awful, but Costco continues to work with them and the next 2 were better...but...Their service department is the WORST. Not only the workmanship, but documentation, and the follow-up. They simply don’t care. If you go thru Costco, don’t use the Larson service department. I’m not sure, but maybe, since Larson owns all makes of car dealerships, service may not be important to them. As for me, I choose never to have their incompetent, bumbling, technicians ever perform another service for me...or, in some cases, say something is normal that is clearly in need of repair. More

December 21st, 2017, I had traded in my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV in for a 2016 Toyota Camry at Larson Toyota in Tacoma. The deal was for my SUV to be paid off and to purchase the Camry. They said all was good and I left with the Camry. January 6th, 2018, the salesman asked me again for the information needed that I had already given him on December 21st, 2017. (16 days later) By law they have 48 hours or 3 days to contact me to inform me if I was not approved, this is 16 DAYS LATER. So I sent him over copies of what he needed again. After I had sent this over I asked him multiple times if I was going to lose the car and he said to me that I wasn’t and that “it happens all the time” because Larson Toyota knows it will go through so much that they will let you have the car. January 19th, 2018, I got a call from Larson stating that I wasn’t approved for the car and I was instructed to bring back the Camry and to pick up my vehicle. January 21st, 2018, I went in and picked up my Cadillac keys from Matt and left. January 26th, 2018, I got a call around 9:30 am telling me that I was driving THEIR vehicle and I had to come in and sign new paperwork for my own car, which I discovered was paid off the first week of January. After this call I emailed them stating that I would only communicate via email. January 30, 2018, I get a CALL AGAIN from Larson around 4:20 pm telling me that I needed to come in today to discuss the car situation, after I told them not to call me. I told them I was busy and would contact them back. Now remember I had sent them an email stating to ONLY contact me via E-mail and that I would not take phone calls or text messages. I received ANOTHER phone CALL at 5:54pm (same day) I did not answer, and I had received a 2 minute and 46 second voicemail from Mason at 5:57pm. In conclusion its obvious that this dealership dropped the ball again... I’m not the first. A friend had this happen to him also but he had no idea what they were doing was illegal. More

Tony was very helpful, very friendly and made both myself and husband more comfortable while test driving the vehicle. We came back from the drive to the dealership looked at the one in the show room and ended up purchasing that one. Chuck stepped in with the Costco pricing and I was really amazed, how smooth the entire purchase went. This was the 1st time we've ever gone into a dealership where there was no high pressure sales. Thank you once again to Tony Nguyen and Chuck Milligan for working as a team, we'll recommend Robert Larson Toyota to all our friends and relatives, and make sure to work with Tony and Chuck, More

It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived the service writer Jim Oreto honored my appointment time. The check out procedure was efficient. The paperwork showed details of my service visit which I added to the file I maintain on my car. They apologized that their carwash was not working that day, however it was raining so I did not miss that part of the service. More

Next, these guys will show you a specific interest rate First off, avoid the sales agent named Aaron. He's basically a waste of air. Absolute xxxxxxx. Next, these guys will show you a specific interest rate, then switch it on you and have you sign it. I believe this is either a scam or fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. After this experience, I went to other dealerships and told them about Larson. They basically said that's a tactic used just by them and that I should consider suing them. I potentially might. More
