Deceitful dealership. I was preapproved by my own lender and asked dealership not to rerun my credit as I wanted to use my lender. I was assured by my salesman and the finance manager (on camera even) that and asked dealership not to rerun my credit as I wanted to use my lender. I was assured by my salesman and the finance manager (on camera even) that I would be using my own lender. 2 days later my lender called to see if I had found a car and when I told them I had used the loan they approved they stated it was not their loan. I have called numerous times and been promised repeatedly that a finance manager will call me back yet no one ever has. I am now past my return date and stuck with a loan from a lender I did not want and at a much higher rate then my lender approved me at and no one from Toyota of a Tacoma will return my calls. Very deceitful dealership and I am left to probably have to seek legal recourse through the courts as the whole finance transaction was video and audio recorded. Avoid this dealership More

I bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma 3/02/20. I was very nervous when I arrived on the parking lot. Once I walked into the bldg, I was even more nervous when I walked into the bldg, but once I walked I, the recept when I arrived on the parking lot.
