Worst experience ever had with the car shopping experience. Missing key fob on a certified vehicle, the salesman said they have the key just need a day to mail and then turned out to overpromise. I called and did schedule an appointment a week prior the actual Visit. Because I was coming there for services, I thought to do some plus to the recall issues like: oil change, and cleaning. I checked my car in on the scheduled day 08/27/2020 at 9:15 am, and checked it out on 08/28/2020 at 1:55 pm. My car was EXTREMELY DIRTY: inside and out with black Grease Stains - on both doors, both sits, and the steering wheel - ALL WERE GREASY. My car have NEV ER been that Dirty EVER as I got it Back from Services. Also, I do not understand what they needed in my compartment, which was also, in black greasy stains all over. I've paid for oil change and the rotation, I believe, in the amount of $90.05. I received more damages than any kind of service. I did take the pictures of the stains on the doors, the sits, and the compartment right at the way out with the witnesses/clients in line for services at Tacoma Larson. I am leaving the State today, but will come back and file a claim for damages. More
They wasted my day on an already sold car and made me look stupid in front of my wife. Never again. They texted me to come down with my wife and when I told them the car price was the price they posted look stupid in front of my wife. Never again. Incompetence or lying I am not sure but they made me look stupid in front of my wife for no reason. More

High quality dealership great experience. Started with online sales person Emily. Was quoted a good price. We arrived at the dealership met with Bobby Lynn, Logan and Tony. made an appointment through Costco Auto, a week ahead of time, to test drive a Highlander Hybrid and V6 to compare them. Got to lot 15 minutes before appointment, but Joy, who made the appointment didn't e time, to test drive a Highlander Hybrid and V6 to compare them. Got to lot 15 minutes before appointment, but Joy, who made the appointment didn't even meet me, just handed me off to a salesman who, after 20 minutes, discovered they didn't have any on the lot! So, I wasted 15 minutes after driving, each way, from home and another 20 minutes on the lot. Never going back, it was awful. More

Epitome of pushy, misleading car sales people Day started off fine - Tyrik was friendly and helpful. He drove me around on a test drive. I sat in the back because of COVID. His manager came later and really creeped out my girlfriend. We shopped around and came back later in the day to close on our car. Tyrik got everything ready again, we walked over to the finance department, where Tony (I think) was probably the most pushy person ever. I had to say no 3 times to whatever upgrade service package he was trying to sling. We close on the deal, then Tyrik hands me the keys.... and there is only 1! You think he would have mentioned that before. Now he's insisting I have to come back down to the dealership to pay for a replacement. Beware. Don't trust what these folks say. More
