At some dealerships, once you’ve bought the car, or come in as a newbie for service, you don’t get quite the super-happy “hey we love you because you’re about to drop 40k on a new car” greeting you get walking in to buy. Not so with Silvana—I only spent $138.00 for service on a 10 year old car—and she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Nice work young lady: if I do decide to make a move on a new Mustang in the future Larsen Ford will be considered BECAUSE OF HOW YOU TREATED ME TODAY. Thank you. Incompetent Service They where unable to find the problem. They just continued to change parts at my expense. They had the vehicle for 15 days.Cost me over 1200$. I took the vehicle home and figured out it was the alternator that caused all the problems. And their certified mechanic was not able to determine this.Do not use this dealership. Not only was the car not fixed it was returned greasy and not completely reassembled. They allowed it to leave their dealership in a unsafe condition. More

I've been considering my truck purchase for over a year (with the F-150 at the top of my list since the get-go). I've researched all brands including Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, RAM 1500 and Toyota Tundra. My research brought me right back to Ford. Once I made my decision to go with Ford, my next choice was to choose the dealership. At the top of my list was Larson Ford whom I've dealt with since 2000. I've purchased 5 vehicles from them. I still own two of those vehicles, a 2002 Thunderbird & a 2003 Expedition (both of which I bought new). I went to the Ford website and "built" the model and options that I wanted and selected 5 local Ford dealers to get a quote. On all counts, Larson Ford blew the competition out of the water, including responsiveness, professionalism, pricing and honesty. My representative, Robert Barranger, helped me to make all of the right decisions that led to the purchase of my 2015 Lariat F-150 (with all the options that I wanted and/or needed). I look forward to taking delivery in late August or early September. More
A BUNCH OF CROOKS TOLD ME MY HUB BEARINGS WERE NO GOOD 2 IN THE FRONT AND RIGHT REAR $1,700.00 TO FIX.I BRING TO A DIFFERENT SHOP AND FIND OUT THE ROAD NOISE WAS MY 2 FRONT TIRES THAT WERE CUPPING,AND THE IN THE FRONT AND RIGHT REAR $1,700.00 TO FIX.I BRING TO A DIFFERENT SHOP AND FIND OUT THE ROAD NOISE WAS MY 2 FRONT TIRES THAT WERE CUPPING,AND THEY PUT A STETHOSCOPE TO LISTEN FOR ANY BEARING DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT TO BE FOUND. It is a very difficult truck to not only work on but also to diagnose various problems. I know the guys must dread it whenever I roll in for something other than routine service and maintenance, but they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY helpful and polite and they are ALWAYS fair when it comes to the labor charges for working on such a tedious vehicle. I give ALL the guys over there in both parts and service a HUGE THUMBS UP for ALWAYS going out of their way to help me in any way they can! I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!! HORRIBLE!!!! Went in for a noise coming from parking break, they told me it was rust and cleaned it off. A week later there is over $600 in damages to the rear brakes because of a broken spring! They wi break, they told me it was rust and cleaned it off. A week later there is over $600 in damages to the rear brakes because of a broken spring! They will not take responsibility for it! Not the first time they are incompetent...Took me arguing with them to get them to find the source of a noise under the hood too, needed an new belt tensioner and also a pulley. Terrible service, terrible people. More

This dealership by far provides the best customer service in the industry. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. My vehicle is always fixed perfectly and is ready when promised.
