Good service, as usual. I came in for my regular 'The Works' service and asked that a couple of problems be addressed. One window had a control problem and the car was pulli I came in for my regular 'The Works' service and asked that a couple of problems be addressed. One window had a control problem and the car was pulling to the right. Everything was taken care of quickly and throughly. The only negative I can say about my visit is that the ladies room could use a really good cleaning. While this has no impact on the service itself, it would make future visits more pleasant. More

Bad transmission Ford Transit We sent our 2015 Ford Transit we bought new from Larson Ford in after it suddenly broke down on the parkway. The truck would not move at all. Larson F We sent our 2015 Ford Transit we bought new from Larson Ford in after it suddenly broke down on the parkway. The truck would not move at all. Larson Ford looked at the truck and determined the transmission was bad and the truck was 4 K miles out of warranty. They told us that Ford would pay $1,200 toward the replacement and the repairs would cost be $4600 out of pocket for us to pay. When they called to say the truck was ready the cost was $350 more then expected because they said the control arm bolts were seized and could not be disconnected so they cut them out. Overall we are very disappointed we had to pay the amount we did on a 3 year old truck barley out of warranty. More
Not toally happen this time First I brought the vehicle in on Aug 24, Saturday. Scheduled maintenance was handled fine and an issue with the dash display screen was checked. I was informed a part need to be ordered to fix the display. On Aug 29, I got a call from Mike, who stated the part is in and wanted to schedule a service date, a service date was set for Sept 4, @9:00 am.. I advised I would need a loaner as it will take a few hours to repair. Mike said he would have to check on that and would get back to me if it was a problem. Not hearing from Mike, I arrived for my appt on Sept 4 @ 9:00. At the time Mitch and Dave were the only writer in the service area. Mitch, who I have dealt with before asked if he could help. Not knowing Mike's name at the time, I thought the name Dave. Dave looked it up in the computer and said it was Mike's repair order, he would get some one to help me. John came to his desk and looked into his computer without asking me any questions as to the nature of the service or even my name. He then informed me to have a seat in the waiting area it would only take a short time. I questioned him about that, as he told me on Aug 29th it would take a few hours. I questioned that and he said they just have to put a dye in the oil it shouldn't take long. I informed him I was there for an issue with my vehicle display. He finally asked my name and checked the computer and found my work order. He said he would check to locate the part. He came back and said the part is in and Quick Lane was waiting for me vehicle. I inquired about the loaner vehicle and he replied we didn't have a vehicle. I Stated I have an appointment in Manahawkin at 11. He asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said let me check my appointment if I can make it later. After changing my appointment I told John to complete the service. Not happy that a loaner vehicle wasn't available, when I specifically indicated I would need one when setting the appointment. I specifically canceled working this day and scheduled another appointment because I would be off that day. I get to dealership to found no vehicle available. Not happy I wasn't even asked my name or what the service was to be done. More

Great Service, Products and Employees Brought in my 2013 F-150 for service and recall item. I purchased this vehicle from Larson new in 2013. This was only second recall item in all that Brought in my 2013 F-150 for service and recall item. I purchased this vehicle from Larson new in 2013. This was only second recall item in all that time have had no operation or performance issues with this vehicle. I dealt with Mitch Sperling who was friendly and helpful.Also the cashier thanked me for using Larson Ford and told me to have a nice day. More
