Overall a great experience. No pressure, very friendly and informative! Started my purchase with Sean the internet guy and then worked with Alex. Both of them were really nice. HORRIBLE!!!! Went in for a noise coming from parking break, they told me it was rust and cleaned it off. A week later there is over $600 in damages to the rear brakes because of a broken spring! They wi break, they told me it was rust and cleaned it off. A week later there is over $600 in damages to the rear brakes because of a broken spring! They will not take responsibility for it! Not the first time they are incompetent...Took me arguing with them to get them to find the source of a noise under the hood too, needed an new belt tensioner and also a pulley. Terrible service, terrible people. More

This dealership by far provides the best customer service in the industry. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. My vehicle is always fixed perfectly and is ready when promised. I love going here for work on my vehicle. I've been to other dealers that treat u like a number. Larson Ford treats you like family. Highly recommend them!
