I have a 2016 Explorer that needed a engine replacement. Chris Porbansky was my service advisor. Chris kept me informed the entire time, worked out a estimate for the job that much less than another dealers Chris Porbansky was my service advisor. They completed the job faster than I expected and also took care of replacing two tire sensors and flex plate while staying under the estimate. The car was detailed before I picked it up and both Chris and the technician explained what and how the job went. If you have a Ford vehicle and live in the area Larson Ford is the place to bring it. Jose was fantastic from start to finish. He made the car buying experience both enjoyable and relaxing if you can believe that. Then you get to Tracy the finance guru who has helped us past purchases she is just on a whole other level. This was the best car buying experience i have ever had they truly value your time as well by getting you in and out. It was roughly and hour and a half.
