I usually dread going to dealerships, but Larson Ford made the experience easy for me. Larson has great customer service. However, some of the employees in the service department do not do their job to the fullest extent. So have to be careful on that part. I started by working a deal for a Bronco that was in transit with Robert “Bobby” Barranger via email and decided to stop in for unexpected test drive. He worked the original customers and me like a pro. Neither of felt like we were being pressured or ignored. Overall a great experience. Easy deal, got what I wanted for my trade and left in reasonable amount of time. This was actually my 3rd ford from Larson. I originally bought a new f-150 back in 1997, then a F-150 crew cab xlt in 2017 and now the 24 Bronco Badlands. I’m sure our next ford whatever that is and whenever that happens will be from Larson. everything was good until I received email about my visit when I got home,The email was from Steve at check in.
