This is an update to a previous review. Had a recall update performed. Next day a check engine light appeared. I immediately called Chris from service. He calmed me down and got me an appoi Had a recall update performed. Next day a check engine light appeared. I immediately called Chris from service. He calmed me down and got me an appointment immediately. He performed a complete diagnostic on my F150, FREE OF CHARGE! Wow, I couldn't believe it! The system had to re-set itself. No engine light on! Made me very happy. Larson Ford will be getting my service work from now on. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you Larson Ford. More

Very low stress and pleasurable process working with the folks at Larson Ford. My current vehicle was totaled by hitting a deer at 65 mph, so I was in need of a replacement in short order. I’ve had my 2004 mercury marquee serviced by Larson Ford for over 10 years. Their service has been outstanding. They analyzed any problems that I experienced and corrected them.
