He recognized quickly that I knew what I wanted and didn't have the time or inclination to be "sold" nor did I need to be educated on the features. He was rock-solid, beating the price that I told him that I had been told was "market." Everything after that was pure simplicity - he got me the paperwork, we closed the deal, and he had the truck ready as promised exactly when he said he would. I own five cars, and am in charge of buying the vehicles we need for my business, so I'm keenly aware of when a dealer or salesperson is a professional as opposed to a salesperson. Mark (and, by extension, Larson) exceeded my expectations. More

I was indecisive about a certain F150 and he clarified everything for me. He was very informative about the truck I was going to buy. Big John was very helpful also with the final paperwork, and surprised us with the financing coming down in interest rate . It's nice dealing with a dealership that doesn't force you to do or buy a vehicle. There were no "hidden fees" to be surprised about in the end. They are up front and honest. I'm again very happy !! More

Pretty good. I did some car searches online. They had what we were looking for. We made an appointment. Checked out the car and bought it. My next stop was a BMW I did some car searches online. They had what we were looking for. We made an appointment. Checked out the car and bought it. My next stop was a BMW dealership. We canceled that appointment. I only gave 4 stars for service. Three tire stem caps were missing. No biggie Four stars for the price could have been a little ...little lower. More
