Stopped in today to look at a 2016 Ford Fusion for my sister in-law. Bob had the car ready out front when we arrived. Excellent customer service as well as vehicle pricing. Following the test drive sister in-law. Bob had the car ready out front when we arrived. Excellent customer service as well as vehicle pricing. Following the test drive Bob worked with us on a very reasonable price which we agreed upon. Even though the car was cleaned Bob had it sent off for a cleaning as we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Bob then synced the phone, reset the door code and covered details of the car with us. Very knowledgeable no pressure sales person. It was a pleasure dealing with Bob on completing the transaction to purchase a vehicle. Larson Ford was not the first place we checked out for the car but they were the last! Thank you Bob and all the fine folks at Larson Ford! More

Very professional. No nonsense type of place. Very polite and no pressure. Everything is explained and then I even got to ask questions about other things I didn’t understand and it was made very clear. Trac and no pressure.
