I never thought I would purchase an American car, much less a Ford! I can honestly say that I love the Edge Limited, my wife and I purschased. First of all, no preasure. Christopher Bristow, our sales rep, was warm, funny, friendly and quite understanding of my skeptical attitude. He was polished and professional from beginning to end. I also like the fact, that he spoke with my wife, not around her. He actually spent more time speaking with her than me! About 3 months after the purchase, we where side swiped on Rt 70. I contacted the collission department at Larson Ford and spoke with Gary. Bottom line, he took care of everything. My insurance company, gave us $20.00 a day for a rental, up to $600.00. Without question, Gary excepted that amount and put us into a car immediately. Steve in the collission shop, is another person I want to commend. He took me in the shop and appraised the vehicle with me. He showed me all the damage and assured me that the vehicle suffered "zero" frame damage, and that it was all pretty much cosmetic damage. Withing 24 hours, I had a written estimate and work had begun.I hope noone ever needs the use of the collission shop, but if you do, Larson Ford, is the place to go. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with Robert Larson, VP, and expressed personally, my overall satisfaction with his dealership, and more importantly, his people. Bottom line, Larson Ford has earned my repeat business and I will refer to them, anyone interested in purchasing a new. or pre owned vehicle. More

It is a very difficult truck to not only work on but also to diagnose various problems. I know the guys must dread it whenever I roll in for something other than routine service and maintenance, but they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY helpful and polite and they are ALWAYS fair when it comes to the labor charges for working on such a tedious vehicle. I give ALL the guys over there in both parts and service a HUGE THUMBS UP for ALWAYS going out of their way to help me in any way they can! I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!! Not to get into detail, but my family has had a series of hardships for the past year and a half, so the last thing on my mind was purchasing a vehicle. My Toyota car lease was up, and I needed to get into another vehicle. However, being on a tight budget, I wanted to get something pre-owned. The car I was interested in was a 2010 Ford Fusion. When called to get information, Candice was very courteous and helpful to have me come in a little late. That evening, I walked into Larson Ford, I was immediately warmly welcomed by Candice. I didn't feel like I had a bunch of seagulls wanting a piece of bread from my hand like when you go to the boardwalk, rather this greeting felt more genuine. Candice introduced me Bob, one of the sales reps. I told him the vehicle I was interested in, and he was able to show me it regardless of the fact that the dealership was closing in ten minutes. We took it for a test drive, and my wife and I really liked the car. I agreed to work out a deal with them the next day. When I came to work out a deal the next day, the staff was very genuine and friendly. Ms. Black from finance was very understanding to our needs were in regards to budget. She took her time to go over everything, every detail, and every aspect of the financing process. In addition, Ms. Black was very knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. When it was finally time to get the car, Bob the sales rep made sure everything went smoothly. He took care of all the paperwork and phone calls to the insurance. He even went out of his way to take my lease vehicle, and return it to another Toyota dealership at another location. Bob Woodworth took the initiative to go out of his way. Most people wouldn't have went out of their way to return a vehicle that is not the dealerships, or put a little extra gas in the car for the customer, or do non job related tasks. It's those qualities and traits that make him special and true asset to Ford, along with the staff at Larson. They make you feel like family, even if the car you purchase is $1,000 or $80,000. I would highly recommend this dealership for a smooth, friendly experience and competitive price. More
Went to this dealer looking at Edge and Escape. Bob, our salesman, was very nice and spent his time showing me the cars I was looking for. He took his time going over all of the options. I gave him a what salesman, was very nice and spent his time showing me the cars I was looking for. He took his time going over all of the options. I gave him a what i was looking at and price I was comfortable with. At no time did i felt pressured into anything. I felt very comfortable with Bob and the dealership itself. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a Ford to go to Larson Ford. More
Larson Ford has been in business since 1956. They are professional, friendly, and no high pressure sales. I visited a few different dealerships to buy a Ford Escape and I was happy Larson Ford had what professional, friendly, and no high pressure sales. I visited a few different dealerships to buy a Ford Escape and I was happy Larson Ford had what I wanted since I knew they are honest and just plain nice. Once I purchased the vehicle, the transaction was easy with the paperwork. My sales person, Bob Woodworth, took his time showing everything about the vehicle (the sync system, radio, etc.). They called me the next day to ask me if everything was going well with my Escape. They really care about their customers. More
Picked up my new car yesterday which i had ordered about 6 weeks ago. Everything went as expected with no unpleasant surprises that i have experienced elsewhere. Was fortunate to be able to use Ford's X-plan and they were very helpful with applying all the rebates as well. They were also the only dealer that had a similarly outfitted car available for a test drive and were very accomodating to allow me to do it the same day i contacted them by email. Massimo was great to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them. More

I desparately needed a new car after my car died and I was left driving a car with no brakes and failed inspection (our other family car). The cost to repair it would have been way out of my price range ( was left driving a car with no brakes and failed inspection (our other family car). The cost to repair it would have been way out of my price range (brakes, tires, major engine work on a 10 year old car) so I walked into Larson Ford with a hope and a prayer that I'd be approved for a car loan. The last time I tried to get a car loan was over a year ago at a different dealership so I really had my fingers crossed and didn't get my hopes up. Might I add I commute 75 miles a day for work and have to drop off my toddler so I really needed a safe and reliable car. This is exactly what I told Massimo when I walked into Larson Ford-I said, just put me in a safe car, don't care what size or color, just safe. He was very nice to work with and I have to say, it was the quickest and best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a few new cars before. Total time was 3 hrs from walking in, to driving off in my brand new Ford Focus and leaving the clunker behind. He even got me a good price for the trade in and a great rebate on the new car sale. He was very nice to my toddler and made sure she was entertained in their play area. He helped me transfer all our belongings from old car to the new car. I highly recommend working with Massimo at Larson Ford. Massimo knew exactly what I was talking about and found the pefect car for me. There was no need to walk around the lot or test drive, he knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be more happy with my new car. I have told everyone it was like Extreme Car Makeover. I was crying when they said yes, I could get a new car. That is how bad the car I was driving in was. What a relief!! More
