What started as a service station and small dealership in 1923 has grown to become the Roesch Cars of today. So, who are we? We’re glad you asked. Roesch Cars is a fourth-generation family-owned dealer that believes doing good business is simple. If you’re honest, you hire great people, and you offer competitive pricing and large selection, you keep customers coming back for 90 years and counting.
Where We Started
Back when Paul Roesch first started his DeSoto dealership, chances are that he couldn’t imagine the way it would grow. The accomplishment we think he’d be most proud of is that his own family has continued the dream he started more than 90 years ago.
Paul’s son, Larry, a lifelong resident of Elmhurst, began working at the dealership in 1952 while taking accounting and business law courses at night. In 1963, Roesch Motors incorporated and became Elmhurst Chrysler Plymouth, quickly becoming the leading Chrysler Plymouth dealership in the country.
Where We Are Now
By 1997, the Jeep franchise joined the family of cars, and in 2005, Larry’s son, Dan, acquired the former Elmhurst Dodge, ushering in the Roesch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR) dealership of today.
In 2011, Roesch Ford in nearby Bensenville joined the family of Roesch Cars, and today both dealerships offer customers the conveniences of modern facilities along with some of the largest inventories in all of Chicagoland.

Exhaust noise solved I brought my Ram in for regular oil change, and mentioned there was an exhaust noise on the right side. They investigated, and found a broken bolt on I brought my Ram in for regular oil change, and mentioned there was an exhaust noise on the right side. They investigated, and found a broken bolt on the manifold. They proceeded to repair, and inform me that all the work would be covered under warranty!! Great find! I would only ask that my service manager communicate with me better with updates. I received text's in the past, but this service visit was lacking in communication. More

Service with a Smile ?? I did not purchase my work truck from this Dealer, as it was provided to me for my job. To make a long story short, I chose this Dealer for service a I did not purchase my work truck from this Dealer, as it was provided to me for my job. To make a long story short, I chose this Dealer for service as my dealer 15 minutes from home had a sign in front of their Service doors "2 hour wait for a oil change". Well three years later and almost 80K miles, this is the Dealer to go to. Yes they are this good. If you have to wait for a service writer, there is a reason. They do things right the first time. As far as price for services, they may not be the cheapest, but trust me when I can say you do NOT need to question quality... These Technicians and all the service writers are awesome !! More

Bait and Switch Did the old bait and switch on me. Called about a new ram 1500 they had, the dealership I was working with didn't. Gave them all the info on my trade and what I was looking for on a new lease. Had a payment lined up at other dealership and the truck I wanted was about 350 bucks more so i asked if they would match their deal plus 10 more bucks a month. They said yes, so I drove an hour all the way to elmhurst. Once I got there you could just tell it was a bunch of frat boys running the place. Only person I would trust is Josh. Even though he was the one who told me we were good at the monthly payment. Once I got there they wasted almost 2 hours of my time just to tell me that the deal would be 40 more bucks a month because they got the wrong # on my lease trade-in, which I gave them the correct one, all they had to do was call Chrysler Capital like i did and get the payoff (takes 2 minutes). The manager Jason was a moron and was just like I can't do it. Waste of 3 hours. Went right to bettenhausen in Tinley Park and got the deal they promised over the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!! More
