I pull in and I’m always greeted by my name with a smile this time it was Paul The owner Dan Roesch should be very proud of the service team he has! I pull in and I’m always greeted by my name with a smile this time it was Paul the service manager. I let him know I’m in for an oil change and I ask him if he recommends anything else, he says it’s time for the tires to be rotated and my husband said before I left it might be time also, I said go ahead and take care of it please. I waited for my car in the nice waiting room where whatever employee walks by says hello now that’s mannerism, you don’t find that everywhere you go. My service was done within a hour, the car was washed. Paul the other service advisor such a nice police man went over everything that was done and explained my bill. The cashier Natalie was so sweet asked how I was, how was my day going? The entire staff has a smile on their face and cares about the customers, your not just treated as a number. Larry Roesch truly is an example of excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them and I have for sales and service and all my family and friends have been very happy.
