Chevy Cruze I have a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze that I'm just completely unhappy with. The deal is the salesman that sold us the car was fantastic. The service we get when we take it in is usually prompt and professional. They kind of fib about prices a little. $110 diagnostic but they usually don't charge more than $55, because everyone knows that's a rip off. The reason for the comment is the car is just crap. You'd expect a new car to last longer than 60,000 miles. Expessialy since I had a geo metro last for 135,000 miles. First the idle gets rough and the other systems start failing. They say it's the battery, so you replace that, but that's not it because the idle is still rough and shuts off when the a/c is on and it's idling. I really wish other places would take the warranty so I could take it somewhere else for another opinion. More

While going to get lunch the brakes messed back up so I took it back that afternoon, I get it back the following Wednesday, on Friday my brakes went out again. Two strikes was enough, I took my truck to another dealership to let them fix it. Courteous and professional staff but it doesn't matter how nice you are if you aren't capable of fixing vehicles when they mess up. More
