He didnt have my vehicle on the lot but took the time to do the research and find the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. Had a driver go to Columbus Mississippi and had my vehicle the next day after some negotiating with the other dealership. He was very patient and explained everything in detail to help make my decision. I bought a 2018 Chevy Traverse without ever seeing it or test driving one and I could not be happier with my purchase. Great Place to Buy a Car I went to a ridiculous amount of dealerships trying to find a car. Some were cheap but super sketchy. Some were insanely over-priced. A lot of them had very high-pressured salesmen who obviously just wanted to make a buck and didn't care if the car was the right fit for you or not. My last stop was at Larry Puckett Chevrolet. They had a really nice selection, the prices were decent, and the service was great. I was helped by a salesman named Bruce. He answered a lot of questions and never made me feel pressured into buying anything. I was being extremely picky, and he helped me out over the course of 3 days so I could find exactly what I needed. When I finally found what I needed, I gave him my information but had to leave. He called to tell me the price would be *cheaper* than I was originally told. What car salesman voluntarily tells you they'll make it cheaper? They probably could have scammed me out of a little more money but voluntarily didn't. That shows a lot of integrity. And after I bought the car, he went over all the features and showed me how to work everything. There were no hidden costs, and everyone was very friendly. I had a friend recently get scammed at another dealership by hidden fees and lying employees so I'm really thankful I happened to stop at Larry Puckett. I would definitely recommend them, and if you go in, ask for Bruce! More
