The entire process was pleasant, informative, and not at all pushy sales man. Had vehicle ready upon arrival, we were test driving within 10 minutes of arriving. Then do it all over again at the dealership, seems like a waste of time to do it on line on website app for dealership only to do it again. Other than this little issue, all was as expected.
