I recently had a great experience at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Tucson with my service rep, Tommy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Tommy was incredibly person Miller Volkswagen Tucson with my service rep, Tommy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Tommy was incredibly personal and had a great understanding of people. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the work that needed to be done on my car. I was impressed with Tommy's knowledge and patience throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being provided. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind and I appreciated his attention to detail. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Tucson and I would highly recommend their service department, especially working with Tommy. Thank you for your exceptional service! More

Mr. Kompe presented detailed information and updates regarding the repairs to my Atlas. Mr.kompe is very knowledgeable of his job duties and responsibilities. My overall experience at Larry H. Miller Dealership on Auto Mall Drive in Tucson, AZ was absolutely fabulous!!! Sales Consultant Emilio Guevara, Finance Manager Darrell Toby, and S Miller Dealership on Auto Mall Drive in Tucson, AZ was absolutely fabulous!!! Sales Consultant Emilio Guevara, Finance Manager Darrell Toby, and Sales Steven were great to work with when purchasing my vehicle. I had been looking for the right SUV for me for nearly two years. On this day, I was just going to look at a Atlas Cross Sport, as I saw my brother's car just days before. Upon my arrival, I thought the Larry H. Miller Dealership was closed. Emilio was passing through the lot and asked if any had helped us. I said no, and asked him some questions about the Atlas (I knew nothing about the vehicle, except for a brief overview from my brother.) Emilio answered all my questions in full detail. He is very professional, helpful, patient, and absolutely has detailed knowledge about the Atlas Cross Sport. I never once felt like he was pushing me to buy the vehicle, or sound like he was trying to "sales pitch" me. Although I've never met or seen Emilio before in my life, he seemed more like a long-time friend sharing knowledge about a vehicle I was interested in. If it hadn't been for Emilio's friendly, professional demeanor and knowledge, I most likely would have left the dealership and went somewhere else, as I have done many times over the past nearly two years. He showed me the many features on the Atlas Cross Sport. I wasn't planning to buy a vehicle that day, just looking, and fell in love with the perfect vehicle for me. Sales Manager Steven was also an absolutely fabulous person to work with during my visit to Larry H. Miller. With Emilio present, he ran various numbers to find a financial plan that would work for me. Again, I felt like I was speaking with a long-time friend (professional, down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable), not at all a pushy or pitchy person at a car dealership. He was straight to point in responses, like Emilio, answering my questions, telling me what I need to know. Finance Manager Darrell Toby was also awesome person to work with when processing my contract paperwork. I didn't feel rushed, all of my questions were answered, and I understood the terms and exactly what I was signing for. I would definitely recommend this Larry H. Miller Dealership and the knowledgeable, professional team I worked with during my pleasant experience. Thank you Emilio, Steven and Darrell! I appreciate you! More
What is supposed to be a joyous purchase has been the most upsetting and frustrating 4 weeks with a brand new Volkswagen Atlas. I hadn’t even had the car in my possession for more than 24 hours and it wa most upsetting and frustrating 4 weeks with a brand new Volkswagen Atlas. I hadn’t even had the car in my possession for more than 24 hours and it was already causing problems. I have already taken my vehicle into the shop twice for the same issue after purchasing it on 04/22/2024. They have sent me on my way assuring that the issue was fixed. That is not the case. I have an open ticket to replace my screen in my car with the service department- had I been given a better time frame as to when the part is supposed to arrive maybe there wouldn’t be such frustration. The lack in communication and me having to call to make sure I am being taken care of and not forgotten. To top it off I am now having another issue with a squeaking noise when every door in my car closes and after driving around for some time you can hear it clink. I made the serviceman aware and his exact words is that he is 99% sure he knows what it is. Made me think this is a common issue if he was able to diagnose it over the phone. This was a large purchase so it is a slap in the face that you can go buy something brand new and not be taken care of. I have made my salesmen aware and they have also brought this to the GM’s attention. But again the lack in communication from everybody goes to show they got their sale and have wiped their hands. More
